Yeah that was the 2007 SECCG you were talking about there. I've still got a bad taste in my mouth about that game:rolleyes:

From my memory we did it 3 times under Fulmer, including his time as Interim in 1992.

1999 against Memphis (all orange)
2007 against LSU in the SECC Game (all orange)
2008 season opener at UCLA (white jerseys/orange pants)

I also remember reading the team had asked to wear orange pants throughout the 2007 season and it didn't happen, and Fulmer surprised them for the SECC Game by letting them wear them.

Same here. I have no problem with the Stormtrooper being the main road look, but at least one game a year I'd like white jerseys over orange pants for a road game and all orange for a home game, or save one of them for the bowl game.

I don't get the point of having orange pants if you never use them. And I'm one who is fine that the Smokey Grays were axed, because I thought it was a bit silly that we wore the SGs last year and never wore the orange pants once.

I admittedly remember some of the dumbest, most trivial details about games.

I also remember in the 1992 Georgia game it was the first time I had ever seen the team wear all white in my lifetime. I had only ever seen orange pants on the road.

Orange pants for one home game and one away game works. It’s a great alternate. The orange pants on the road at Auburn has a fresh look to it.

Just speaking for myself.

Its kinda like dress uniform vs fatigues in the military. The orange on orange looks like we're ready to go to battle. I like the stormtroopers too.
