You're free to express your opinion and others are free to respond with theirs. Me personally, I'll note that if a family member of a current player shares that they received an offer from a MLB team, which is exciting news, I might suggest not beginning the response with "If true" before essentially putting the guy down for deciding to return to the Vols.

Agree 100%. At the end of the day $150k signing bonus isn’t totally changing everyone’s life immediately. For some people it might be worth it to them to forego that and spend one more year at a place they love with their best friends. The opportunity to get drafted will still be there next year, and even if the signing bonus amount goes down, it still was clearly worth it to him. I’m sure he thought all of it through and did what he felt was best for him and we are glad to have him back

No offense, but you can come across as a “know it all” who is dismissive of coaching staff as well as respected long time posters. I’m glad Z is betting on himself and coming back for a potentially break out season. I’m also confident that he will receive better coaching than most A leagues.

I’m pumped that Z is returning! Y’all know that Beamer and Z are my guys and I’m confident that Beam will fill the Friday gig and Z will slide right into that Sunday spot and this rotation will be firing on all cylinders by the time conference play rolls around!

Agreed. If Denton announces he’s coming back, we will be absolutely beyond loaded.
