Urban is gone. ONLY thing that can/will save him is if it is documented that he did in fact, follow protocol and alert his superiors as required by law.

He can lie to media but can’t lie his way out of the mess. He did or he didn’t alert superiors...which, if he did, his job may be safe, but university will be in deep trouble and can face monetary funding penalties for non compliance. I think if his wife told him or not is a mute point. Court of public opinion and common sense will do him in there.
