Uros Plavsic commits to Tennessee

"Everything here is about family."
Plavsic has had to get accustomed to both the American game and the college game in the span of two years. The increased physical play required an adjustment, but since arriving in the country he's put on 25 pounds of muscle and now carries himself at 240. He said the presence of guards Lamonte Turner, Jordan Bowden and Josiah James has helped him learn a lot at Tennessee, noting he receives text messages "all the time" from Turner about specific NBA players to watch and learn from.
I'm hoping he watches a fellow Serbian Nikola Jokic and models his game after him.

That’s pathetic. Basically, they have, in 5 months, done a third of the work they ought to have done by next week, at the latest.

I agree. The pace is unacceptable. You would think they'd have enough staff to make decisions in a timely manner. It must be frustrating for the kids and teams involved to be in limbo this close to the start of the season.

It’s starting to make me mad too because I’d like to do my annual ten thoughts post but I’m waiting if Uros is cleared

Let's be honest, the NCAA does not care. Unless it directly affects on of their blue bloods in football or basketball. It's sad to think about, but the NCAA is hopelessly corrupt. There is nothing preventing these decisions from being made already. The NCAA just doesn't want to make them.

We're #74 pending. Be cleared by February, after the toughest part of our precon.

You can add the conferences being corrupt too. May as well just let the conferences decide, and the SEC will deny every waiver unless UK needs one. That's how I feel after that football game.

Lord my apologies.
I edited my op because I thought I said it wrong the first time.

Yes those odds show he’s very likely to get a waiver

My fault guys

Then again, we are talking UT and the NCAA here. I'll believe a waiver when I see it.

Talk about taking a player all the way to the end the NCAA is a clown show. The fact that haven't given a guy that has been waiting months for a decision anything yet shows how inept they are.
