You would think the NCAA would have a staff that could handle 114 transfers in 1-2 months after a request is submitted. No doing so, punishes the staff, the schools.
The NCAA exists to protect student Athletes and not to punish them.
Pisses me off how many are drawing paychecks and not providing timely responses due to incompetence.

The NCAA is a hopelessly corrupt and inept organization. The fact that the season essentially starts tomorrow and there is no response is ridiculous. It's not a complicated situation. They have all the facts and it's a simple story. The conclusion on this one, regardless of the outcome, should be rather simple.
