You are still continuing to miss the point. Iranian citizen perception of Trump and America matters, whether you want to believe it or not. We can’t pretend to act like their liberators through attacking the regime, while simultaneously making threats at innocent Iranians and their cultural sites. This would be a much more interesting standoff if Mahmoud Ahmadinejad were still the Iranian President. The guy was batshit looney, you never knew what was going to come out of his mouth, and he gave about as many ****s as Donald Trump when it comes to what people think about his decisions. Would have made for some killer TV.

Not sure those are flyable. Iran keeps trying to show off things that look like home brew F-5 makeovers. F-5s are a poor man's fighter developed from the T-38. Probably not bad for some things, but considering they were the bad guys in the original Top Gun movie, they are pretty old (Vietnam era type old).

The F5 was developed in the 1950's, so they're pretty old .
