Remember singing "bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran" back in the 80s as a kid in place of Barbara Ann by the beach boys? LolBrazil has a stronger military
Italy has a stronger military
Either of those two countries scare y’all?
Bomb Iran back into the Stone Age and walk away. None of this nation building stuff.
Troops are so 1990s.
Launch some bombs and play a game of catch thst only goes one way.
one wrong move, one problem and a fly boy has to eject due to mechanical failure over Iran, and we suddenly have an issue on our hands. much better to keep blood out of it.
I won't bore you with the details of Russia poking the bear and showing their butt either.
We assassinated their general and now their getting their butts handed to them?
Trump can mess up a wet dream. With a normal president maybe.
With Trump's impulsiveness? I'm not so sure. I don't just mean his personal desire to save face. I'm sure he's probably hearing from people, possibly military leaders in Iraq or here in the US that want to strike back at Iran militarily.
someone going at or above mach speed is going to cross Iraq in a short time. especially if you figure they are engaging forces from Iran the engagements are going to lead there.Reports are right now it is Iraqi airspace. Better odds there for sure.
Clearly said I wouldn't bore you with it like you did in your response to it. The question I asked was the thing to focus on.Stay on topic, Mick. Changing subjects is a clear sign of a weak argument.
Russia and the U.S. are the two big gorillas in the zoo. Both are wise enough to not start an all-out fight, but there will always be the chest-thumping and manipulation of the smaller gorillas in the pen. Remember the Cuban Missile Crisis?
But Iran is about to learn that they are not...in any way, shape, or form...on par with Russia.
I hope and pray it is so. I am just tired of it all. too many bad or non excuses have been used to keep us fighting in places we shouldn't be.agree - battlefield engagement is a whole nuther ball of wax. still, war is a long way from select engagement.
my point is that people are immediately assuming we will be in a full blown war with Iran.
Buy shares of FSDAX.I don't think you are going to see troops on the ground in Iran. No point to it. The 82nd Airborne is over there as a QRF for U.S. facilities, and nothing more.
What you are going to see, or read about, is missile and airstrikes against every element of the Iranian C3 structure. I don't know when, but it's coming, and when it comes it will be big. Buy stock In Raytheon. They're about to make a lot of money from you as a taxpayer, so you might as well invest in it.
Iran will do all they can to drag Israel into this, to try and make it an "Arabs -vs- The World" fight, much the same as Hussein did. And just like it was with him, it will fail. Remember, the Saudis hate Iran, and they rule the roost in the ME.
There will be terror attacks against U.S. interests and allies. It's coming, so expect it. But Iran has made a serious miscalculation here, and it is going to cost them dearly before it's all over. The Iranian military, and especially it's Command and Control structure, is about to get a lesson in modern warfare.
No doubt there are risks but our birds engage from a great distance. If our birds are in the vicinity they'll exit the theater.someone going at or above mach speed is going to cross Iraq in a short time. especially if you figure they are engaging forces from Iran the engagements are going to lead there.
Just because our toys and boys are better than theirs doesn't mean things will be bloodless.
