GAVol, what's wrong with some spirited debate?

Man . . . I'm not complaining. Heck, I was right for once!

See what happens when you associate with my side of a debate?
Oh I think you're both nuts arguing about stuff that never happened. :D

I'm certain Penn State being ranked #1 going into the bowls happened.

What branch of the service was she almost in?

she was never a cook in any of them.

then she decided that she didn't want to be a cook.

she also decided she didn't want to vacuum, sweep, dust, make up the bed, do laundry, weed-eat, mow, mulch, plant...........

Sounds like a very modern woman.

#10-1980 Auburn. I hate the Tigers worse than any other school UT plays with any regularity.
#9-2003 Miami. Any win in the Orange Bowl is a great one.
#8-1989 Auburn. UT announces they're back.
#7-1985 Alabama. Essentially clinched the SEC title.
#6-1998 Syracuse. As good a game as UT has been involved in since I've been watching.
#5-1979 Notre Dame. What a way to bounce back from losing to Rutgers.
#4-2001 Florida. Finally.
#3-1985 Auburn. Bo knows pain.
#2-1998 Florida. Best atmosphere I've ever been in at Neyland.
#1-Fiesta Bowl. The culmination of a magic season.
Just missing this list:
1998 Georgia. The best defensive effort of the Fulmer Era.
1991 Mississpippi State. Andy Kelly leads one of his patented comeback.
Cotton Bowl. An affirmation of the greatness of Chuck Webb.
1984 Alabama. T-Rob diving into the endzone for the winning two.
1987 Vanderbilt. UT digs out of a 28-3 hole, then holds on for dear life. Eric Jones was fun to watch, even if he did play for the University of People Who Couldn't Get Into Duke or Stanford.

so many great games and such a long time since i have seen a game in Knoxville but recently i would have to say the win over texas a&m at the cotton bowl.

my wife's family is littered with aggies and since i have moved out of the comforts of knoxville and sec country all i hear is big12 this..big 12 that. to see those aggies all over the cotton bowl with arms together, swaying and singing become silent and sitting with all of the volunteer nation rolling and celebrating.. it was one of my favorites.

gene stallings did the coin flip with rick perry there too. WOOOOOOP!! gig em aggies!!

im a vol fan from northern , ca ..me and the old lady are planning a trip within the next couple years to see the mighty vols play , either on the road or @ neyland, if i go to a road game where should i go and if its a home game what one should we go to ... never seen the vols in person , the clolest ive been to sec action was arkansas @ usc (socal) last year ........ them hog fans ..never seen nothing like it being born and raised in ca ....... i cant imagine going too a game in the sec . i get goosebumps thinking about it

If it's a home game . . go to the Alabama game. Regardless what the records are, the place will be jacked up.

If it's a road game . . . no need to travel far. Go to Athens next year for UGA or go to Columbia this year for the SC game. Williams-Brice in Columbia is a good place to watch a game and it's easy to get in and out of.

He's from California. Why not go to the game at Cal next year?

:D Man I'm having problems reading...I saw "ca" and read it as "ga". I was trying to figure out what the heck a guy from GA was doing asking which game to go to.

Hat's right. It's a no brainer to go to the Cal game, but if I was going to a home game I'd still pick Alabama.
