One would think that the punishment would and should be commensurate with what he was lying about, not the fact that he lied.

Jim Calhoun of U CONN just got the failure to promote an atmosphere of compliance and he got 3 games suspension in the 2011-2012 season. And no bands from any NCAA tourny games. Bruce got 8 games this year.

Oh well...... Bruce is a good coach but a "Lot of Show" too!!! Sure, he is entertaining, but he can't bring on the studs like Cali and the others. He can easily be replaced and should be is UT gets major penalties.

Why? You don't enjoy seeing people get what they deserve? Seeing phonies gored is one of my favorite pastimes.

So we are to surmise YOU have no faults for which you have never been held accountable ?

Gee, I wish I could be that perfect.

No, you should surmise I like seeing bodypainting jackasses who spend twenty years acting like they're the Last Honest Man In College Baketball, all the while being a scumbag on and off the court, get theirs.

So when do you get yours for being a jackass off the court?

I don't live in a world where a lie is acceptable in absence of perfection in others.

Drama much?

Can we force the NCAA to have the hearing before the 90 day period?

I can't wait to get past this crap.

Would someone please explain to me how knowingly breaking a rule and lying about breaking a rule are different? Im not suggesting that lying is okay but people keep acting like he committed a major violation.
