I would almost guarantee a large screen or 2. Otherwise the fans in the endzones will have no idea what's happening.
I don't know how good the view will be but it should be an awesome experience.
For everyone's consideration, this is a to-scale rendering of what a football field would look like in the Bristol infield. Apologies for the VT field, I didn't make this.

This is probably pretty accurate. The blacktop in the middle where the field is situated is about 650 feet long. For reference, tunnel to tunnel at Neyland is about 380 feet.
There is no doubt of the "cool" factor in this, but sideline seats will be about 75 yards from the field and endzone seats will be about 100 yards from the field.
Still, I'd probably go just to be a part of it.
Something else to consider would be the possibility of bleacher seats being added surrounding the field. Particularly, the behind the endzones. B.M.S. will likely hand out thousands of "field passes" to enhance the atmosphere even more. We won't approach the 1950 World Cup held at the Maracana in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, which fielded 180,000 plus, but I'm fairly confident B.M.S could fit 170,00 if they planned it accordingly.
I don't know if it would be possible but if the moved the fied as far as the can to one side either turn 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 and then place stands not the other side. If they placed it in the middle it would be really hard to see.
Does anyone actually think the game will sell out?

Then what's the point of having it at Bristol? You've cut the capacity by half. Just play a home and home at that point.
LP is a pretty darn good stadium for being able to actually see the game. too many stadiums have upper endzones and upper corners that are much worse than LP
Not at all. It would still seat plenty more than what neyland holds. Look at the picture Boca, you're not going to be able to see anything if its in the center and if your close to the turns.
