I trust this staff’s abilities to coach up these players. THESE coaches are proven big power 5 SEC etc top program level coaches.

2ndly these players are going to be mixed in with our current roster...the haters act like Pruitt is concocting a whole damn team to field with JUCO players.

3rd there are plenty of programs out there with a roster full of players rated the same as these JUCO’s were out of high school with a splash of really great kids...see Boise State under Petersen, UTAH under Meyer, UCF under Frost, Memphis under Fuente/Norvell, Texas Tech/Washington State under Leach, Mississippi State under Mullen...you get the point hopefully.

4th our current roster is full of great athleticism/top SEC talent. They’ve never been developed into what they were rated out of high school. Most of them would be world beaters by now...perfect example...Kyle Phillips, Khalil McKenzie, Shy Tuttle. If these position coaches can do with them what they’ve done at UGA, UF, and so on then next season will be fun to watch and very competitive. Not expecting an SEC East title but a dog fight for 4 quarters for sure. Pruitt will make these kids mirror his attitude and he is a take no $#!T guy. Really looking forward to seeing it come to final fruition.

Pruitt knew what we did or did not have before he took the job.

A desperate man would have shied away, but a confident man might step up to the challenge, knowing he had some strategies on how it could be done.

In other words a coach with some balls that isn't scared of a challenge. EXACTLY what we needed.

its called desperation

Desperate times, call for desperate measures.........

Unchartered territory with this early signing period on such a short notice for a new head coach.

Seems like a good plan for a coach who is confident in evaluating talent, and developing them.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.........

There have been a few times that I've prayed to the "Deer God" to let me bag one early in the morning so I don't have to sit in my deer stand and freeze my ass off all day...:ill_h4h:

Or when you are sitting 20 foot in a tree and suddenly you have a violent demon bubbling up from deep within your gut😳

I am guessing after last years OL play he wants a few more people ready to play. Without Mays, there isn’t another Freshman that could start. I like the offers to Juco OL as a way to fill that gap that will take another class to fill.

Personally I think they would fill a big gap if Kahlil moved to guard. Him and Trey would definitely create some running lanes. Hopefully with better coaching Richmond can handle the other OT slot and Trey handles the left side. We then need another OG and Center.

After watching Coleman Thomas at Center for several years.. We need real strength and leverage at that postilion, Unfortunately he lacked both

Why? That image should be banned from discussion. Appy State's 270# nose tackle slinging him around like a rag doll still traumatizes me. Then followed by VTs front blowing him up leading to Sheriron Jones' famous moment. Capped by our staff claiming he was injured the whole time.
