What a rollercoaster of a day. It’s begins with a quote from AP saying we have a solid chance to land this kid then in the afternoon he gets fong’d to the barking adults.
Kid commits in a month. Maybe things change who knows. Sounded like the kid didn’t like being rushed by Kirby but looks like it might have worked. We’ll see if we have any bottom of the 9th inning magic like we did with Arion Carter last year.
He's not interchangeable with Spillman. Spillman is a more of a Mike LB. Cole projected as a Will LB, but yes, he's a potential 5* and future game changer. Like some have mentioned, Sept. 10th is a long way off. Unless he shuts down communication with our coaches, I won't count this one as over just yet. Doesn't look good at the moment though. It stings because he's most likely better than the two we got, BUT, we can still win with the two we got.
Since you’re new to VN you wouldn’t know that a good many folks on here love to assign the troll label to posters with a different opinion than their own - the VN way. You shouldn’t take it personally and know the “ignore” feature is your friend.Nah, just thought some of y’all would appreciate giving out information about a player that I know the family of. But apparently I’m a troll
Saban is regarded as the best coach in the history of college football. Is he that great of a coach or is he just a great recruiter? He's been able to purchase whatever players he's wanted for years. One of his disciples comes here and seemed shocked that he couldn't get away with bags of cash to recruits. He didn't just all of a sudden start that stuff. It was learned behavior. Saban has won a lot but he's done it with rosters that were usually better than anyone he's played, usually by an astounding amount. Now comes Kirby, same deal. He's been buying players since he got there. Isn't it funny that they want limits on NIL? They see others that can compete with them only legally.

Lol. You can't be that naive. Then again I guess you are.Stop. Saban won a NC and Bamas first Heisman with a RB and QB that he didn’t recruit. He’s had 7-8 different coaching staffs going back to LSU that had 4-5…..sometimes 6 coaches at a time who went on to be D1 head coaches. It’s sad that Tennessee was playing games while Saban was running Bama like a professional organization. But don’t try to cheapen what Saban has done. I guarantee you that Butch Jones and Dooley paid players too and we know Fulmer did. And Saban beat the living hell out of all 3 of them. Now it seems like the clowns are out of the way, maybe UT can be more professional too.

Why did Peyton have an agent in the NFL? What purpose would he serve? Peyton had plenty of options for pro teams so what is an agent going to do for him?Someone explain to me why a highly rated prospect would have a handler. What purpose would he serve? Using this case as an example, he has plenty of options for colleges so what is a handler going to do for him.
Bruh specializes in anti-Vol snideness. He never misses an opportunity to "correct" a true favorable take on the Vols or to praise our rivals in whatever way he can cobble together. He never has a pro-Vol take. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Lol. You can't be that naive. Then again I guess you are.
He didn’t recruit McElroy, but Mark Ingram was in the class of 2008…so definitely his.Stop. Saban won a NC and Bamas first Heisman with a RB and QB that he didn’t recruit. Saban took over a dumpster fire coming off sanctions and turned them elite in Y2 with majority of dudes that were not his guys and was not a stacked roster. As much as we hate to admit Saban is the GOAT. What he did in such a short amount to time and not having stacked roster to begin with (cough cough Kirby) is nothing short of amazing
