The family of a 24-year-old man who died from complications of COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis today filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), which oversaw the development and distribution of the drug under Operation Warp Speed.

Ray Flores, the attorney representing the estate of George Watts Jr. filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against the DOD and Lloyd Austin III in his official capacity as defense secretary.

The lawsuit alleges the DOD engaged in “willful misconduct” by continuing to exclusively allow distribution of the stockpiled version of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine that had been authorized for emergency use even after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted full approval to a different vaccine, Comirnaty.

According to the complaint, the DOD “capitalized on a quintessential ‘bait and switch’ fraud,” using the fact that Comirnaty was FDA-approved to bolster its claims that the vaccine authorized for emergency use was “safe and effective,” in a move that intentionally misled millions of Americans.

The DOD did this despite being fully aware that drugs granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) cannot legally be marketed as “safe and effective” because the FDA standard for EUA is only that drugs “may be effective.”

You mean like AIDS? I remember early on people were laughing at that. But for some reason, the only people that I know of that have gotten C-19 multiple times are the vaccinated.

In early February, just after her third COVID-19 booster shot, 36-year-old Mount Albert resident Kayla Pollock ‘lost her legs’ and fell to the ground.



Kayla could not feel her legs or lower body and wondered what the heck was going on. Within half an hour all was normal, but she thought she should see someone. Appointments are hard to come by though and the next ‘spell’ lasted 45 minutes. She decided she needed to see a neurologist and made an appointment with her doctor to get a referral. She never got to see either because on February 22 she woke up paralysed from the neck down and had difficulty breathing.

Just listened to a Joe Rogan podcast with yet another notable and well credentialed cardiologist, Dr. Aseem Malhotra, that ripped into known dangers with the vaccine and why it is still largely being ignored by big pharma (no surprise) and the .gov. Stated at this point otherwise reasonable and educated people still championing the vaccines feel compelled to do so for fear of retribution or they are so conditioned they can’t come to terms with their mistake. Also of note, apparently the original vaccine in the US is no longer authorized, but the reasoning behind this seems questionable if not entirely vague …”simplifying and updating vaccine guidance”.

Any cancer in particular? I have an elderly relative that was one of the first to get the vaccine because they were in the clinical trials (they didn’t receive the placebo) and they discovered tiny tumors all over their brain within a year or so later. So far they’ve been deemed non-cancerous, but the timing was suspect as in that same time frame there was a sharp cognitive decline.
