Vaccine or not?

I’ve got family in the throes and hollows of Kentucky. Farmers. Pig farmers. I know how that crap is made. And I know for a fact what consumption of it long term does to the body.

I tell you what. @Sgt_Nick_Fury (you too. And errbody else in here ) Wednesday the 30th I turn 54. Several people are posting pictures in the weigh in thread. A put your money where your moth is kinda thing. If you believe that you’re concerned about what you’re putting in your body you should have antidotal proof.

So….who here can prove that they’re concerned about their health?
I used to help my grandfather cure and smoke sausage, bacon, and hams. I know how it works... DELICIOUSLY.

Seriously, I rarely eat bacon or sausage. Pork chops every two or three weeks. Ribs and shoulders occasionally. Mostly I just eat the bugs that our liberal corporate overlords are now selling as meat.

have you seen the impossible whopper. No meat whatsoever. Also no real food to speak of. Calories off the charts. I’ve seen nothing in the way of a study on it but there’s no way that’s good for you long term.
If you don’t want to eat meat because you think it’s bad for you then eat a salad. If you can’t live without a burger then limit it.
Bacon is in that same category. If you can’t live without it then eat it in moderation. If you don’t care then have at it. It’s still your choice. And last I checked we still live in a simi-free country and the right to choose should apply equally here. as like as my choice to not eat bacon doesn’t infringe on your choice to eat it we should be all good

FYI: pork rinds are made from the skin, which is first boiled to remove the fat. They are high in protein and actually a nice snack for those wanting to avoid carbohydrates.

They are a life saver on a keto diet, when you can't have chips and need something to dip with... :D We also have a BBQ place close by that makes their own fresh, so not all the preservatives etc.

THIS.

Meats and bacon etc are not really bad for you they supply all sorts nutrion, and in particular things teh brain needs that are not found elsewhere. There is a reason every creature with a large brain is a meat eater. HOWEVER.....so many of our meats are filled with chemicals and preservatives that are NOT good for you. Finding clean meat in a sea of garbage and doing so on a budget is very difficult. You have to read labels, and you have to pay more usually for higher quality meat. It's worth it to do so. Many of the problems people have with different meats, and in particular cold cuts have more to do with the chemicals used by the food industry.
that is actually what our "guess" was, the stuff in the processed meats like the preservatives, etc. She had zero migraines with the wild hog.

Come on bacon lovers!!
Take your shirt off and post a picture.

I been sitting on my ass for two years with one year being hooked up to an oxygen machine 24/7 post COVID. I might try the weigh in thing cause i should have an easy time at the start shedding intial pounds. But not gonna lie after two years of being basically half imobile I am not a pretty picture....that's not due to bacon though, that's 100% due to inactivity. Right before covid I was losing mad weight and getting more energy than I had in years by doing a strict keto diet that included both bacon and pork rinds, and my weight was going down, and my energy was up. Even during my hospitalization the doctors were kinda impressed with my sticking to keto mostly and it probably helped save my life as my body cannibalized my fat reserves and made it easier to breath. (i lost over a 100 pounds in the hospital sadly much of this was muscle, and I had to learn to walk again quite literally) It's been rough getting back to that diet, but of every diet I have tried I had the most success with keto. I eat balanced now....but I deffinately DO need to work on more excercise.. and I could stand to eat more bacon and pork rinds (from clean sources) and LESS bread, crackers, other empty carbs. It's been a bit tougher as my lung capacity is now still no where near what it was. One flight of stairs and I can't breath. :( We've also had to dig our way out from a mountain of medical bills and have at times eaten cheap...which is seldom healthy. I don't pretend to be a poster child of health. However I have multiple generations of people on dad's side who lived in their 90's and ate lots of bacon and processed meats cold cuts , sausages/wurst etc....german food. Mom's side die younger..and gifted me with diabetus, but luckily I seem to have missed out on their cardio issues. For me personally carbs and sugar are easily the bigger threat. I do agree I need to do better....

I love that we're all concerned about what we put in our bodies just now....

The irony of worry about bacon while defending this though.....

Ironically me out of shape, and eating bacon STILL less likely to get myocarditus then the quad vaxed athletes. :D
Yes and far more likely to die of a nasty slow cancer.

but seriously, join us in the Friday weigh in thread and the other exercise threads. They are good for accountability.
As to your other post. Moderation is key. Cutting out things you love cold turkey is a recipe for failure. That’s why so many people go back and forth from fat to thin. Also the rapid weight loss opens most people up to NASH. And you really don’t want that. It helps me to schedule the “bad” occasionally. It prevents falling off the wagon knowing it’s available from time to time.

That’s because most don’t care till they have a political reason.
kinda like ignoring the problem that exists independently of the vaccine.
However…..you can check the Friday thread for the date of the 1st post and get an idea how long I’ve been concerned.

I had a life and death reason, and many others do to whether they know it or not. At this point Slice you are part of the problem. You refuse to acknowledge what many doctors are realizing is helping people, and could save their life. Your own position is the one that seems more political or ego based at this point. Refusing to accept the danger of the vaccines, while disccounting everything discovered for treating long haul covid, and vaccine injuries. I do not know if that is a matter of ego and unable to admit you were WRONG about the vaccines, or there is some financial, or legal stake. I've always liked you as a person, but I can not fathom why you refuse to acknowledge what even more and more doctors are acknowledging in treating their patients.

For the rest of us:

Speaking of which if anyone is concerned about vaccine damage, or just damage from having had COVID. (they are largely similar issues) I highly recommend checking out the FLCCC protocol is helpful.

Printable regime to help reverse vaccine damage:

I can speak first hand to this as I am taking most of the mentioned suppliments. Interestingly my doctor was a head of the curve and recommending these things before the FLCCC. One issue I was having is incredible leg pain the more so when I was tied to oxygen machine and unable to move arund much. Once I started these and Diosmin also the leg pain has gone away completely. The leg pain was almost certainly from clotting and like many older men having some vein insufficency, but this was enough so I no longer needed to think about surgery. LDN probably was the biggest noticable effect on me turning a corner on lung capacity and getting off oxygen machine...I had improved steadily and hit a wall...with little to no more improvement and still required oxygen.....once I started the LDN I started to steadily improve. LDN can help with ANY injury healing really....it is not a cure in itself but rather via endorphines can help the body heal itself better naturally. Some people can not take it and have issues though. Feel free to poke holes in both I and my Dr know what worked. I'm going to stick with what works vs Phizer and other Big Pharma studies meant to enhance profits and fend of litigation but masquerading as science.

lololol
Ok.
You literally are what you just accused me of.

That’s typical of you though.
You regularly say dumb **** in spite of evidence..

you’ve got the wrong bad guy.
-The pharmaceutical companies didn’t make the problem.
They profiteered from it. Bad, but not the cause.
-you constantly blame a vaccine for something that happened independently of that vaccine. We could have the vaccine conversation but your straw man bull **** means you Likely don’t understand what’s being said
Had the vaccine never happened we would have the exact same side effects today because it’s caused by a weapon.
Your constant misinformation covers for those who did this to us.
-you straw man, anyone who disagrees with you. See above for several examples.

but you do you, blindly walking around complaining about a small part of the original problem while outright ignoring and attempting to discredit the existence of that problem.

Bacon isn’t meat.
It’s a garbage portion of the animal that should never be eaten.
Turkey bacon is almost as bad as pork bacon. Even the high end pork producers don’t sell the garbage fats that they make bacon from. You should also not eat pork rinds. Who would have thought intestinal tract is bad for you?

But I digress

I guess there is probably a good reason that God commanded the children of Israel to abstain from pork. I remember when I was a child my mother refused to eat pork of any kind.
