Mixed feelings on this. First, the kid probably needs to spend more time with the father anyways... just a general observation because of how lopsided these family court custody decisions are. But secondly and most important, these family courts are can act without any damn restrictions and just make a decision such as this not based on law or science and can pull families apart.
