Vaccine or not?

I edited my post to accurately reflect the person that needs to be addressed. What else do you have? Anything of substance?

You have had nothing of substance besides wise ass comments and a proven inability to follow a conversation. So nope I am good. Waste of time. Go Vols

Don't hide your inability to engage in debate or discussion with cheap skepticism. If you have an issue with any point I have made, then make a rebuttal. It's not complicated.

Area Local Hospitals Issue Joint Release:

Joint Statement from Blount Memorial Hospital, Covenant Health, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, Sweetwater Hospital Association, Tennova Healthcare and The University of Tennessee Medical Center

Knoxville, Tenn. (Sept. 1, 2021) – The past 18 months have been difficult for everyone in many ways, and the surge in COVID-19 infections over the past months has been exceptionally challenging. We have seen a sharp rise in delta variant-related infections, and community hospitalizations have exceeded the COVID-related census we witnessed in January 2021. We are all anxious to get past the coronavirus pandemic.

We continue to believe that vaccination is the fastest and most effective way out of the pandemic. With this belief, our hospital organizations are joining together to urge everyone who is eligible to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Across our health systems, more than 80% of people who are hospitalized due to COVID-19 are unvaccinated.

Many have avoided getting vaccinated because of myths or misinformation about vaccine safety. However, vaccine testing, clinical trials and worldwide results show that the vaccine is safe and effective. It greatly reduces the likelihood of contracting or spreading the virus, being hospitalized, or dying as a result of COVID-19. It also significantly lowers our communities’ risk of experiencing another viral surge. If you are hesitant about receiving the vaccine, please discuss your concerns with your health care provider so you can make an educated decision based on factual information.

This again highlights my issue with the attempt to get more people vaccinated. I think the last paragraph is accusatory and will more likely keep people from changing their minds. Why can’t the last paragraph read:

There are many reasons people have chosen not to be vaccinated. Staying a home was awful. That’s where most of my anxiety came from.
I’m usually only sick for a day or two tops. Have nothing to do but look up Covid crap in the internet definitely sent my nerves over the edge. I played my sons Nintendo switch and that helped keep my Mind off things

My blood pressure was high, which was a first for me . I could feel, hear and see my pulse bulging from my neck 😂 I’ve never had an issue w blood pressure (6’ 3 190#) it’s back down to normal now .
The doctors said my heart and lungs sounded great. I feel mostly normal again now
If it makes you feel better, 5'10 215 right now and when I had covid a month ago my BP went to the 180s on one day, settled at 140-150 the rest of the days and back to 120 now. Never had BP issues before. I've been on the nordic track bike and playing soccer since out of quarantine. No issues. Taste and smell are still kind of dull.

BPM was in the 90s. Usually in the 70s.
Oxygen stayed above 96 as well.
No fatigue.

BP and BPM stuff lasted four days with gradual decrease each day back to normal.

Where do these people get their vaccine information? They won’t trust doctors and scientists but will trust some random Facebook post or idiot who claims to be a doctor on a message board. It’s crazy! Their whole belief system is based on lies and now they’re paying for it with their lives. And dragging all of us down in the process. Screw them.

Kansas City Political journalists opinion blog.....

Weird you dont directly reference the CDC, FDA, or some other medical source.
COVID-19 vaccines are effective at protecting you from COVID-19, especially severe illness and death. COVID-19 vaccines reduce the risk of people spreading the virus that causes COVID-19. If you are fully vaccinated, you can resume activities that you did before the pandemic.

What if you never stopped the activities you did pre-pandemic?

So the first tweet is dated August 23rd. Then the second tweet is suggesting it is Day 15 of COVID.

Today is Sept. 2...

Social media is awful. Maybe I should include the internet in general. Anyone can find a wealth of nonsense that supports the position with which they began. But that genie is never going back in the bottle. We're stuck with it.

It could well be photoshopped. But if it's real, there's nothing about the first post that suggests the guy didn't have Covid when he wrote it.
