There is an option to either require vaccination or be tested weekly. So yes, it is up to the employer to require vaccination or not assuming they have more than 100 employees. If they have less than 100 they are unaffected as of now.
Why 100? Why not 10? or 25? And, why again should the vaccine be required at all?
These questions have already been answered by various posters in this thread, some of which not even an hour ago where you were involved in the conversation. Feel free to review. What are you sure about? What are you sure the vaccine does and why is it necessary to the point of being mandated by employers?
Aw naw, they haven't been answered. Coconut up and answer them. You.
Honest question to the obvious recipients: why is there no mention of those with naturally-acquired immunity?
There is no doubt, at this point, that recovery from natural infection offers better protection against mutated strains of the virus. Why would a person with laboratory-confirmed antibodies against multiple SARS-CoV-2 targets be required to be reimmunized in order to receive the special privileges that we have all enjoyed for the past 245 years?

So that's a long way of saying it's not. Stop being stupid. "You can not follow our guidance and we will screw you in the ass. But don't complain."There is an option to either require vaccination or be tested weekly. So yes, it is up to the employer to require vaccination or not assuming they have more than 100 employees. I posted right before the Pfizer vax got full FDA approved about how life for the un-vaxxxed was about to get more and more difficult. And here we are.So that's a long way of saying it's not. Stop being stupid. "You can not follow our guidance and we will screw you in the ass. But don't complain."
Mine would have had a few other *choice* words for the current political situation.Next, will the same orders apply to all of the coming variants and boosters? My Grandad would say this is no way to run a railroad.
I have laboratory evidence from two weeks ago that my circulating anti-spike protein IgG level is double what would be expected after two mRNA vaccines. I also have confirmed presence of circulating antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein -- a protection not offered by vaccination.I don't know you personally, but based on our interactions and what I've seen you post I would say ignorant is an applicable description.

In addition, I diagnose and treat several kids every day with COVID-19.
Therefore, you are either a) just not very smart, b) woefully uneducated on this subject, or c) intentionally misrepresenting what is scientifically-proven.
Which is it?
Better than naturally-acquired immunity? Demonstrate, then. Those guidelines say the vaccine is the absolute best option to prevent the infection and spread of COVID. From my personal experience and everyone I know to be vaccinated that is 100% true.
