Total of 32 children have died in all of California this entire time.

San Fran is under 5 million, so about 1/8 of california population. So of those 32 dead kids that's 4. Over 18 months that's .2 dead kids a month. (1 every 5 months)

Pretty good thread. Seems like he’s saying there’s not much in the way of actual precedent to suggest this will be struck down but there has been some non-precedent setting indications that it might be.

Bottom line seems to be that it’s authority that was granted to the president by law. At best, the constitutionality of that law is on pretty solid ground. At worst, it’s unsettled.

Good thing we all spent the last four plus years agreeing that “clearly illegal” wasn’t the only governing principle with respect to executive activities.

From your "personal experience," you know more people who have documented reinfection after recovery from CV19 than those who have had breakthrough infection after vaccine? I know of at least 50 people from families close to me with breakthrough infections, and one is currently fighting for his life. Zero reinfections.
