Vaccine or not?

Anyone that thinks businesses shouldn't have the ability to require their employees to be vaccinated can go to hell. I will take that opinion with me to the grave.
AND any private business should be able to deny services to the un-vaccinated (as well as any other group they damn well please)

And when this is a tested, safe and proven 'vaccine", I'll agree with you. Until then you are FOS

Forced vaccine mandates are by far and away not a settled issue.

Keep in mind I'm not talking about a government mandate, I'm talking about your response to @hog88 saying employers can require it...

The more I think about it, in the absence of a state or federal law preventing such, saying courts have the authority to tell employers they can't require vaccines seems pretty activist/liberal by allowing the courts to make law. You okay with that? Can you point me to a statute or law you think the courts can rely upon?

I'm actually ok with a private business requiring it. I'm not ok with a dictator holding the office of POTUS mandating it. In the free market in my business I'd just enjoy a talented unemployed workforce. I might discriminate against the vaccinated.

I'll bite... Why? Because you want to own the libs? I'm much more concerned about a covid outbreak shutting down my small business than I am about making a political point (and I have not required vaccines). What benefit would you get at your business from banning vaccinated people?

Because a private business has the right to discriminate.
