Forced vaccine mandates are by far and away not a settled issue.
I'm actually ok with a private business requiring it. I'm not ok with a dictator holding the office of POTUS mandating it. In the free market in my business I'd just enjoy a talented unemployed workforce. I might discriminate against the vaccinated.Keep in mind I'm not talking about a government mandate, I'm talking about your response to @hog88 saying employers can require it...
The more I think about it, in the absence of a state or federal law preventing such, saying courts have the authority to tell employers they can't require vaccines seems pretty activist/liberal by allowing the courts to make law. You okay with that? Can you point me to a statute or law you think the courts can rely upon?

Because a private business has the right to discriminate.I'll bite... Why? Because you want to own the libs? I'm much more concerned about a covid outbreak shutting down my small business than I am about making a political point (and I have not required vaccines). What benefit would you get at your business from banning vaccinated people?
