Not gonna waste a single moment trying to talk the indoctrinated willful ignorance out of them either. They cannot be helped, their fervor and dedication to the cause is terminal. I am thankful that not a single person in my sphere of influence has caught this incurable ailment of ignorance. None of the lemmings in this thread have changed one iota in 3 months time.

I have 2 elderly family members with emphysema and heart issues that are "vaccinated " ( inoculated more accurate?) They both know its only because they are in the 0.2% who is in danger. Neither thinks anyone else needs a jab...and both KNOW this whole thing is a huge exercise in lies, propaganda, lost freedoms, lies, turning Americans against eachother, and more lies.

I cannot imagine living my life in fear of something less dangerous than the flu...driving a car...or taking pain pills for more than a month. In fairness, i also cannot fathom any sane adult believing in leftist ideals (socialism/communism) either....so it does not surprise me that many feeble minded people embrace both...HUGE overlap there. I am out. Not worth upsetting Freak or getting sent to banned camp over a lost cause.

This whole farce will go on as long as The People let it. And unfortunately, Americans are far too compliant, so this will take awhile.

Plenty of widely accepted socialism in this country. Social security. Medicare. Medicaid. Most of the republicans will fight to keep those incredibly socialist programs going, instead of reforming to weed put the socialism and provide better for the next generation.

When its "your" socialism, people tend not to label it socialism on this board.

It decreases the risk of hospitalization and death for those at risk to begin with. That’s the whole point; the overwhelming majority of people aren’t in danger of hospitalization or death to begin with. I was never concerned about my probabilities of either scenario happening if I were to contract it, and once I did contract it my mindset never changed. If I was diabetic and weighed 250 on my frame I might think differently but thankfully I’m neither so it was about what I expected. It lasted longer than my last bout with the flu but was nowhere near as miserable; it was annoying more than anything cause it was little things off and on, here and there for 9-10 days. I managed to do some form of exercise and worked from home every day with Covid, with the flu I couldn’t get out of bed for 5 days.

I had Covid about a year ago and never coughed when I had it. What I recently had was something else that was going around and I took a Covid test just to be sure I didn’t have it again.
