I see a big push coming in the future for all vaccines to be mRNA types. $$$$Ugh….
"I happen to believe as an immunologist and infectious disease person, that a third shot boost for an mRNA is likely -- should be part of the actual standard regimen, where a booster isn't a luxury; a booster isn't an add on; and a booster is part of what the original regimen should be -- so that when we look back on this, we're going to see that boosters are essential for an optimal vaccine regimen," Fauci said
Will the "normies" every start to question at what point will this end? Will they ever question the effectiveness of these vaccines and boosters? The fact that we are now having to recommend boosters should be an indication that the original rollout was not effective.Ugh….

The Congressional Review Act (CRA) can be used by Congress to overturn certain federal agency regulations and actions through a joint resolution of disapproval. If a CRA joint resolution of disapproval is approved by both houses of Congress and signed by the president, or if Congress successfully overrides a presidential veto, the rule at issue is invalidated.
Good luck with this maneuver...

Oh I think it’s an uphill battle but it’s a simple majority in both chambers of congress. All 50 GOP Senators will vote to revoke. Just takes one to forget to vote who doesn’t want to go on record. Similarly just a handful of vunerable Dems in the House.Odds on that happening? I'm glad that Republicans are united in being against this but I don't see this going anywhere
That won’t happen agreed. But again it’s more fodder for 2022 and lends support to SCOTUS to overturn. Clearly this concept lies within Congress’s purview and if they decline then SCOTUS has even more basis to revoke.Good luck with this maneuver...

Worst case it’s more campaign fodder for 2022

SCOTUS will ultimately define whether all this bull **** over reach stands or not. This is just more ammo to help reach that point.
Sure they can. It gets back to whether these mandates are within the powers conveyed on the Executive Branch by the Constitution.I don't even know if SCOTUS can intervene on the Federal employee and contractor mandate.

For many of the DoD contractors the vehicle they used to implement this over reach were contract mods (from what I’ve heard at my company) A contract mod doesn’t replace each citizens rights that, if determined to be infringed on by these mandates, then the mod is deemed unenforceable.
Indeed it is. If anything your federal government is very efficient at generating mass amounts of useless policy and legislationThere's a lot of contract mods that infringe on individual rights in .gov contracts.

oh and make no mistake common sense never enters into the generation or negotiations on fed contracts.
