Holy smokes, I think you've stumbled onto a subject where we'd get along quite nicely.
When I lived in the Cleveland 'burbs last year, we had four hardwired internet carrier options, plus Verizon and TMobile home internet via cell. Every option was fast and cheap.
Now we're in Western Maryland with only one choice and it's slow and expensive, even though we're living in an equally dense population area. Drives me batty.
That's scattered over a 40+ year period. We're looking at about half that number since the vaccines came out this year. That represents either a cluster or a coincidence.
So from reading on what vax’s are available in the US the FDA approved ones are basically non existent in the US as they aren’t granted liability immunity. So what is still available is the EUA versions only which they are still protected from liability on.It's fully approved isn't it, not just emergency use authorized?
Does that mean you trust it?
Correct. It's a legal formality, and a sneaky one, at that.So from reading on what vax’s are available in the US the FDA approved ones are basically non existent in the US as they aren’t granted liability immunity. Yep I thought I remembered reading a judicial ruling on it and found this. The FDA went to the trouble to explicitly state Comirnaty was legally distinct from the EUA version regardless of formulation. Doesn’t exactly build confidence.Correct. It's a legal formality, and a sneaky one, at that.
