Yeah I knew they were still doing the original pfizer under the EUA. But I thought I wasnt able to find the Comirnaty labeled stuff just because demand was high.It is not available. The kicker is that the available Pfizer vaccine remains protected against indemnification under the EUA.
Say, for instance, that we did conclude that several thousand, or several tens of thousands, people died from vaccine complications. It would not be unusual for this type of pharmaceutical injury to bring an award of several million dollars/victim. Multiply 10,000 x $10,000,000 and ask why the shadiness with the branded vaccine and the swap-a-roo....
I don't know why it's taken them this long. Most likely it's a divided ruling and Roberts has been divining up some unheard of constitutional reasoning to uphold the mandates.
