Vaccine or not?

I hope the antivax whack-jobs just keep refusing the vaccine and keep dying.
this is exactly what’s wrong with the world. The fact that there are people out there like this is sad. The tolerant left right here. Openly wishing for the death of many on this board.

I’m vaxxed so I’m safe from your hatred.

Let me ask, because the science isbthat being vaccinated reduces risk of harshest levels of illness, are you okay with either of these as a tradeoff to a mandate:

1) unvaccinated are limited in public levels of exposure, ie cannot attend concerts or large group events?

2) unvaccinated are placed down the list for provisin of care versus someone who is vaccinated?

Both theories being that if you choose not to be vaccinated you are at higher risk of heavy expenditures and diverting resources from people who did get vaccinated.

So it's still a choice, but with logic consequences.

What about health risks of the overweight? Smokers? Alcohol? I’m not vaccinated and have chosen natural ways to defend myself vs Covid. I’ve not been sick for two years during this. Vaccinated co-workers have been infected multiple times, usually out two weeks. Should I get their money since I’m having to cover for them also?

Separating all of us into groups is exactly what control is all about.

I am not ok with asking people to show their papers. If you are afraid of getting sick, then stay home.

That being said, I have said that people who have other health problems should consider getting the vaccine for the reason that it may reduce the symptoms.

I thought healthcare was a right? Which is it? How convenient of the left to now suggest that the unvaxxed get passed over during triage.

That is completely unethical. Triage should be based on what is happening at that moment, not whether or not you received an experimental drug with no repercussions for the big pharma corps (the same who caused the opiate epidemic) who are getting even richer off it.

Both theories being that if you choose not to be vaccinated you are at higher risk of heavy expenditures and diverting resources from people who did get vaccinated.

What gives you the right to demand to see my health records?

1) starting during delta and now definitely in omicron, it has been evident and proven that the vaccine doesn’t prevent disease or spread. Being vaccinated definitely prevents severe disease or death for the individual. So vaccination has become a personal health choice, not a public health measure. So there should be no limits on where someone who isn’t vaccinated can go or what they can do. So…
2) since vaccination is a personal health decision, it should be treated as such. There is no talk of de-prioritizing people who smoke or are overweight or don’t take their prescribed medications regularly.

Myocarditis can permanently damage the heart.
Yep, and seatbelts can break collarbones. Airbags can cause injuries too. In those cases, we do the calculation and determine that the risk/reward calculus tips heavily in favor of the protective measure, even though it comes with an attendant risk of injury.

We can't let clowns try to paint us into their ignorant corner on what "risk" is.

Who goes to most concerts? Young people. The risk to them is already nonexistent. Those people aren't going to put any strain on the system shot or not, so the rule is purely for retribution and punishment rather than any actual benefit.

The left wing and all on it are immoral. Period.

99.8% survivability rate is the only risk/reward you need to make a decision with to get a experimental shot that doesn't work.

Highway Patrolman (and huge right wing media star) Robert Lamay to Washington governor Jay Inslee over vaccination requirement: "Kiss my ass."

Covid-19 to Robert Lamay: "You're dead."

I hope the antivax whack-jobs just keep refusing the vaccine and keep dying. 6-7 years of 300k deaths a year and we'll thin the herd by natural selection. Probably will even raise the mean IQ of the country as well.

You don’t have to be antivax or a whack job to refuse to get the jab . You’ll never increase the IQ of the country as long as people burn down their own cities and chase guys down the streets that are running away from them and carrying an AR . Those things are true natural selection . 🤷‍♂️

Ah, so nothing goes into the calculus other than the risk of death? Feeling sh**ty for a week, hospitalization, lung damage, long COVID, pneumonia, neurological and vascular damage, etc. None of those go into the calculus?

Hell, with as many as 60% asymptomatic, 60% hospitalized only done so due to comorbidities/prevention, and in general the continued weakening of the virus, it's getting close to a situation where getting a vax for this at all is pointless.

Triple vaxxed never sick. Took all of 20 minutes to do and was no sweat. I read a study yesterday that aspirin is 200x more dangerous than the vaccine. Much ado about nothing. People come up with all types of nonsensical reasons to avoid simple and safe health precautions.

My theory is antivaxxers are just afraid of needles and too chicken$h!t say the real reasons they're so afraid of the jab.

In regard to number 2, if the vaccinated don't get severe COVID because the vaccine prevents you from getting severe COVID, why would they need urgent medical care?

Triple vaxxed myself and think people should get the vaccine, but I don't think they should be told they HAVE to get the vaccine. You can be anti-mandate and pro-vaccine. People should have the right to choose.

Depends on the scenario. It's a free country if someone doesn't want to get vaccinated, so be it. But I do support the military mandate, the right for employers to require it if they so chose, and public school Vax requirements. If people don't want to get vaccinated, work for someone who is cool with it and home school your kids. And the military has a national security interest in having healthy soldiers.

Covid should be the last of the military's worries. You'd be surprised (or maybe not) at how many non-deployable soldiers there are. There is a health crisis in the military and it ain't Covid.

Another example of how this pandemic has brought out the worst in people.

I can't imagine celebrating someone's death. Evil, evil stuff.

I would guess he was always this despicable he just hid it, now it’s socially acceptable to be a POD.

From my experience (not as a member of the military), a lot of it is bloat like anywhere else in the government. There are people in the military treating it like a jobs program and not really doing much of value at all.

What percentage of seatbelts break collarbones?

What percentage of young people diagnosed with myocarditis are hospitalized?

Stop with the nonsense.

Wow, talk about some misinformation!

Incredible.

Take up the challenge bucko. Dude was in his 50s. Present me with some data showing (1) risk of a person like him (male, 50s) getting myocarditis from the vaccine, and (2) how those cases of myocarditis end up. Then compare that to risks associated with getting COVID for a man in his age and race group.

You'd be 100% correct. I'm so glad to be done with it this year.
It was shocking to me on my first defense contract how much of the same stuff I was encountering as I had in my commerce and economic development work. It's just painted in camo.

I have the utmost respect for many in the military. However not all in the military are like we're told they are.

Show us the articles you’ve read on the long term studies of the jabs you took , my theory is that you can’t . Let’s see which of our theories are closer to the truth lol
