We should prosecute fraud, but in this particular case, the passports or needing proof of vaccination is illegal and unjust, so making these fake vaccination cards is OK in my book. Plus, it is a victimless offense.

And there's always jury nullification out there, but they would have spent time and resources going to trial.

Not necessarily. How long was polio around and how weak did it get? Same for ebola, HIV, etc.

I still think it's all about control. This is my opinion. It might not happen now but I think this is almost like a trial run of what it will be like sometime in the future when everything we do is controlled by the government. (Might want to do some research on Agenda 21 and Agenda 30) Your ability to borrow money will one day be affected greatly by your social score. Also, your vaccination status will one day play a large part in how much you can interact with society. I think they pushed it as far as they could and now will take a step back and them in 10 years when the next pandemic comes people will think it's completely normal to simply do whatever the government asks you to do for the "safety" of others.

Now you are talking about pre-crime again. This is also where you cops start abusing power. Had it not been for cops abusing their power and using these so-called preventative measures as a way to fish for evidence and abuse the 4th Amendment (with regards to the War on Drugs), you might see me back away and bit and meet you in the middle. And if these cops weren't using these traffic violations as a way to generate revenue for corrupt jurisdictions, I might listen to your side there, also. But at the moment, cops can't be trusted to honestly and fairly go too far in their enforcement duties because they have shown far too often the inability to enforce these violations properly and justly.
