Interestingly, people who held most of the views I presented a couple pages back were subjected to the same kind of ridicule/ad hominem attacks over the past couple of years as you are seeing here, now. However, none of the "smarter-than-thou" aggressors have refuted even one of the points, because most/all have now been shown to be true or accepted.
So, forgive me if I chuckle a bit when somebody drops by to tell us the anti-vaxers are all going to die or that the shots don't cause myocarditis. I like my chances.
Employer mandated vaccines should and will be litigated. Everyone has choices including employers and choices have consequences. Employers are not a protected class and whether they like it or not are subjected to the same laws as everyone else.
I was saying this would be a huge issue 18 months ago and it will be going forward...
If an employee gets injured due to the direction of the employer, they're liable. It's well documented that you supported the right of employers right to enforce vaccine mandates. Luckily, you most likely were just being dumb on a message board and didn't enforce it on your employees. Be happy. If you are injured on your way to work is your employer liable for making you come to work?
