Its not that easy to just "Support" the one not in power when you are in the military. You think German military men wanted to be assigned to a concentration camp and loved taking those orders? You dont think they feared for their life and their families? Or perhaps they are vulnerable to internal propaganda?

So no it's not "obvious" the military would just simply support the opposition in the midst of a dictatorship.

Why do people keep comparing this guy to Hitler? Maybe because of their indoctrination into our own propaganda? All our government and media has to do is throw out that simple word...”dictator” to garner the support of the masses. No other proof is needed most times. It’s a game our government has mastered, due to most everyone “trusting” the government and media...

The military defections have been few, and sure, some probably fear losing jobs or rank, but the vast majority wouldn’t knowingly put up with a “brutal dictatorship” on its own people, if that were the case...
