Senzel went 3 for 4 with a HR and 2 RBI yesterday. That was his first HR at the AA level. He's now batting .306 at AA. He finished Advanced A with a .305 batting average.

Godley pulled with 2 out and a man on 2nd in the 6th. Pitched a great game against the 2nd best team in MLB. Should have let him finish.

Great game by Godley last night. He was pretty mad when he got in the dugout after he was taken out of the game. I like the competitive drive. He handled it well in the after game interviews. He said he was mad at himself for allowing a baserunner in the 6th, did not blame manager for taking him out. He is really solidifying his job on a very good team.

Drake Owenby finally out of his stint in extended spring training rehab in Arizona. Told me this morning that he is headed to the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers for 2-3 starts, and then on to the Carolina Mudcats after that.

Glad to hear that about Drake. I saw that Andy Cox is on the disabled list. Any update on him? Dickey v. Scherzer tonight, hard to get much more of a contrast than that one.

Very solid year. Currently hitting .270s with around 20 HRs. Has an excellent chance of being a Sept call up. Hitting is not the hold up for Stewie.

BTW: He is playing for the Erie Sea Wolves, the Tigers' AA club. They are on twitter and you can get to the website from there and get box scores on each game from there. AJ Simcox is also on that team.

Dickey had another solid night vs Nats last night.

Braves had a 3-1 lead when Dickey exited the game but the bull pen gave it up in the 9th and lost it in the 10th.

ETA.... Dickey took a no-no into the 6th.

He's currently at .272 with 19 HR and 60 RBI.

The 19 HRs are second best in AA behind Mitch Walding with 20.

The 60 RBIs are good for 4th in AA with 64 leading.

Drake Owenby's first start for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers today, after 3 short appearances for the Arizona Brewers Rookie League team today was successful vs. Burlington (Iowa).

2 1/3IP, 2H, 1ER, 0BB, 3K.

Good to see Drake back on the hill after rehabbing the injury.
