Do you know/ have an idea why we quit wearing the road techfit jersey last year? From the Bama game on, we went back to the old style.

Dooley felt the orange sewn-on numbers on the Techfits were too dark, so they removed them and screen printed a lighter shade on them.

Screen printed numbers don't look good on the Techfits, so Adidas provided a new set on their latest template for us to try out for next year.

Not sure what we're going with for next year, think it will be a variation of the materials on the special uniform that UCLA wore against USC.

I'll take this opportunity to throw in my opinion. I think the shade of orange is too light. Also, I would like to see an alternate occasionally.

I'm sure CDD is reading this and values my opinion.

Will We have anythingg new in our jerseys?I would like a Denver type uniform.Plain different and still traditional.Maybe a checkered board on the top of helmets.

If anything I think navy blue has been a trim before; I remember having a navy blue Tennessee shirt growing up.

Then again with all the different shades of UT shirts you can buy, maybe someone just made one up.

I know wish all the orange would match in all the stores.He!! they just now got the uniforms to match the helmets.I hated the blue sooooo glad its gone.Would rather have gray than blue or plain orange and white.

That really sucks.I will pretend you are just sworn to secrecy about the new ones We will break out on the wolf pack like the Headliners do the first week of football. Atleast hope they still have those under shirts and all is well with me.Maybe I can buy one this year.Was so glad when I saw those shirts .We needed to flash the checkerboard.Why is the endzone not covered in orange and white squares like years ago? I hate the grass showing.

They're creeping up on it, but they're not there yet. I guess a big problem is that all the surfaces (fabric, leather, etc.) reflect light differently, so the color is all over the place. Looks awful, though, like the uniforms were created from the gatherings from rummage sales.
