He would've, most likely, brought back the all-white that so many are begging for.

It's perplexing to me that so many are begging for new uniforms and in most cases black jerseys, yet some of the same are begging for the all white to be the only road uniform.

I had thought of that, to where it is more or less a "clear" number outlined in black so as to show the numbers but allow for the jerseys Power T design to show through, but didn't know if that was allowed by the NCAA and don't recall ever seeing such a thing on a jersey.

After seeing these Adidas unis, I wondered about taking that "Power T jersey" and putting the numbers in the upper right (wearer's left) corner. The numbers would still be on the back as the back would be solid orange. We could maybe even put a small, white (or orange with white outline) Power T in the middle of the chest, perhaps?

My point is that it's not sacrilegious to add grey to orange and white, being that it part of the historic tradition of the Vol football uniform. It's just been almost a century since it has been used.

I love the uniforms as they are, but I'm not against the moderate change. As I said, I loved the look of the orange helmet (exact reverse of the normal), white jersey and orange pants. I loved the orange collar that Dooley put on the white jersey (dunno why it was removed). Things like that are great, but I see no need for a drastic overkill, even for one game.

I added numbers across the chest and shoulders. I think there is a rule about jerseys needing the numbers on both the front and back nowadays. So I did orange numbers trimmed in white on the shoulders to blend more into the T.

You're very good at doing this! The problem I see is that it could be difficult to distinguish the numbers when in action. Otherwise, great work!:good!:

That just verifies how ugly those tech fit jerseys are. That looks better. The dull look of the TF combined with the overstretched look is awful.

Cool idea, I do think it could work better with the numbers on a right or left "chest pocket" position but great job regardless!

Yeah that would look awesome then you could just swap colors for away jerseys. White with orange power T and num. And orange with white power T and numbers.

Notice how uniforms at the turn of the 20th century used grey! Those of you who are wanting to stick with tradition might take this into consideration.

Good gosh that sucks....any use of checker board HAS to be to a minimum. That reaks of Maryland tacky..

I'm one of the few that actually like Marylands uni's but that checkerboard monstrosity is hideous.
My favorite so far is the latest creation by CleVol with the power T incorporated into the jersey. I doubt it would be acceptable by the NCAA though because the numbers are to difficult to make out.
