Who in the hell would want Bama to win another NC? I can't stand their damn fans as it is and you "SEC Pride" people wanna add more fuel to the fire? You never pull for your most hated rival in anything!

Bama isn't going to lose recruits because they didn't win the NC. Saban's only class that wasn't #1 came after he won his first title. In 2010 he went 10-3 and got the #1 class. In 2007 he went 7-6 and got the #1 class.

There were a bunch of idiots chanting "SEC, SEC, SEC, SEC!" today in the stands. Instead of chanting "Tennessee", they chose to go with SEC.

I am not rooting for Alabama. Not now, not ever. Tennessee recruits against them. Tennessee competes against them in every way. Why would any Tennessee fan root for a bunch of tea bagging, tree killing, lying, cheating, low class bunch of losers. When they are winning they stick their chests out and brag about Alabama's 50 national titles. When they lose it is never because the other team is better. I cannot think of one redeeming quality of their fans or their football team.

i would root for Clemson. But, it pains me to say this...i abhor Clemson more than I hate Alabama. (let me think about this), i hate alabama...i mean i ****ing hate alabama. i just hate Clemp**** just a little bit more. its a different kinda hatred. Alabama is like that gigantic kid on the playground that wins every fight but fights dirty. he may be just a little bit dumb. so you feel bad for him. but still hate him even thought hes probably inbred.

clemp**** is the well educated; slick haired, bmw driving ****** that got his ass kicked in grade school that still mouths off.

Rooting for an SEC school just because it's an SEC school is insane. We recruit against these guys toe to toe for the best talent. Any chink in their armor is good for us.
Example: Michigan beating Florida today. They lost some swag today because of it.

Number one rule of being a VOL: Nothing, repeat NOTHING that is good for UGA, UF or UA, is ever good for UT. Ever.

Let's just go through a little Alabama history:

Bobby Dodd, Georgia Tech's legendary coach and Tennessee alum (played for Neyland) pulls out of the SEC because of Bama's rampant cheating.

Phil Fulmer cannot go to media days in Birmingham because he is going to be served and sued by some bama fan.

A week before the Tennessee/Bama game allegations surface about Tee Martin's recruitment. This is a Bama ploy to get him ruled ineligible for the Bama/Tennessee game.

Bama gets caught paying a coach for a player. Bama fans blame Fulmer for reporting this to the NCAA. Bama fans love to call Fulmer a snitch. So, Fulmer is suppose to look the other way while Bama pays for players in our state and then beats us with them.

Bama claims 50 national titles.

Bama cheap shots Tony Robinson.

Bama fan tea bags an LSU fan.

Bama fan kills trees on Toomer's corner and then brags about it.

Bama also was notorious for running up the score on the Vols when they got the chance. Something Majors or Fulmer would never do.

Bama fan throws a rock through a coaches window (who won 10 games) because he can't beat Auburn.

Bama goes years refusing to play their in-state rival.

Bama won't play Auburn on their home field.

This is a few reasons why I will never root for Bama.

Your experience with Clemson is different than mine, and I attended Clemson for grad school. Clemson is the land grant university in the middle of nowhere and attracts likewise kids. Trucks and workboots were much more common than BMW's when I was on campus.

We know we've got to go head to head with Alabama for recruits. Does it really behoove us for another school that's just as close to start winning national titles?

Hmmm...funny, but as a Tennessee/Auburn hybrid, I should have the most disdain for anything Bama in here. Yet, I had no problem watching them kick Michigan State to the curb. Makes our conference look great and gets an SEC representative into the Championship. that's not to say i was "rooting" for them (i wasn't), or screaming "Roll Tide *****es" every score (I wasn't). overall, I'm indifferent to it. it's overall not a big deal either way. I just choose what I consider the lesser of two evils.

now, if all goes to plan like it has so far, Clemson will beat bama in a close, thrilling victory, and SEC wins 7-8 bowl games. no title for bama ( i really don't want to have to deal with that again), yet still a respectable showing for the entire conference.

and for the record, none of this means I'm not a "legit" Auburn or Tennessee fan. I want the competition. When we win the conference, I want us to be the leaders of a tough ass conference, the best of the best, not a bunch of turds like some of yall seem to want so much. I want my Tennessee Vols to be the one who puts Bama down, and for them to earn it the hard and right way. not watch some crappy Big Ten team whoop on them, especially after the fact that we couldn't do it ourselves.

Never, ever cheer for a team that Tennessee has to compete against. Wins usually make it easier for a school to recruit, thus making it harder for Tennessee to beat them.

I wish Alabuba and the swamp lizards nothing but the worst. If Florida was playing the Taliban I would be cheering on Muhammad. That is how much I hate them.
