Big 10, although Rutgers has zero to do either their conference strength.

Lack of non conference games hurt Belmont. They’d beat a major team or 2 in their non con schedule.

Belmont didn’t play anyone. If you’re going to get an at large as an OVC team you pretty much have to run the table in conference play. They lost their last two before the OVC tournament.

I like our first game matchup, we should win. Bottom line is at this time of year you better bring confidence. Scardy cat indecisiveness will get you whipped. Go play like your in the back yard with no fear. Springer is a gifted freshman but he plays to lax and indecisive at times. Now isn't the time for timidness. If we take one at a time and go play hard all out fearless basketball we will make the sweet 16! Whe it get to crunch time you got to be able to handle the ball, rebound and play defense and not be afraid to shoot. Players want to make plays, it's time to be players!!!!GBO!!!!!

Yes I know that, but Oklahoma was on a real hot streak when they beat Bama. They were on a 4 gane winning streak and just beat Kansas and Texas who were both in the top 10 at the time. They later went on a skid later in the season. Team us either hot or cold.

Arkansas has improved as the season has gone on. They are a different team than how they were when they played them. Plus, Oklahoma state was the home team and won by 4..

Kenpom 34 and 106 respectively. Mostly because Rutgers was 7 in strength of schedule and Belmont was over 300. The schedules being curtailed this year really hurt low majors that could otherwise have built more competitive resumes.

That's really a crock, and I think Belmont coulda been the Cinderella TY. I don't see why they couldn't have at least made the play in game. Politics in every aspect of our lives.

They showed a stat earlier on Rutgers. 1-7 against ranked teams.

And I'm not sure you can hold non conference games against teams this year due to covid. I mean, you shouldn't, but the committee probably did anyway

Maybe I am wrong but from here on out this could be the last game for 4 of our players on the court...I don't think we will have a problem with focus and being locked in.....

Doesn’t hurt that the win was over Illinois. Also get credit for wins over Purdue and Syracuse. Their recent performance has not been up to the same standard.

I think it is a solid draw against Oregon State and a possible second round matchup against Cade Cunningham and Oklahoma State and Coach Boynton.

Not an easy road to a possible Sweet Sixteen appearance,

Louisville, who didn’t even make the tournament, will end up getting rewarded with the spot of a #3 or #4 seed when either Kansas or Virginia fail covid testing and are deemed ineligible. Well done, NCAA Selection Committee. That may be the biggest F-Up you’ve ever managed to pull.

I like it. We are going to have to ay our beat the whole way through. That is what we get for being so inconsistent all year. I really wanna see us vs Okla state. They have a solid team and the guy in Cade. Wanna see Keon and Jaden vs him. After that, Texas tech/WVU, Illinois, prob Baylor, and then Zaga. Tough rough.
