I know, but you had to see it...they had to be saving him, it was the ugliest thing I've seen in the last few days by far. If only because those games look like espn compared to the rest of this stuff.

So, my best guess is that Stewart hits a deep fly ball to right, which is caught for 1 away. AJ who was on first left the bag too early for out 2, and the umps thought there was already one out...which there was not...Miners up 2-0. I THINK

Summer League Post Game Report 6/12:

Taylor Smart had a big day as a temp. needs to do better at the plate.

Short of that, I wonder if the rest is worth it. I can't predict when the pitcher is going to start or come on in relief. I don't know if anyone even wants to watch, but I know I can't watch one and listen to two games at the same time and bring any info worth a dime.

The "real season" starts tomorrow or Friday depending on the league...what do folks wanna know about? GBO and Go Miners!

Harbor Hawks (Maddox) game for today has been cancelled due to weather.
Y-D Red Sox (Smart) game is still scheduled for 7 PM.

The big game today would be the SLO Blues vs. Conejo Oaks. (Aiken, Owenby, Lee for the Blues and Saberhagen for the Oaks. Based on KS's twitter, I believed he arrived today, he's also on the Blue's roster. Andrew Lee leads the team in hits, and RBI's and is batting .326. That is an 8 PM game.

The Breen Bay Bullfrogs (M. Esparza) vs. The Eau Claire Express is at 8:35
The Rox (VJax) are off tonight.

The Columbia Blowfish (Houser and Price) @ Forest City
Martinville @ The Florence Red Wolves (Wormsley)
Both games scheduled for 7:30...Sometimes these games start earlier than expected, so if this is a game of interest check it out a half hour before.

The Cincinatti Steam played at 1:35 today, so I missed that one.
Some notes from yesterday's game versus the Hamilton Joes:

By that time, the Steam had compiled a 5-0 lead. Jonathan Youngblood (Tennessee) led Cincinnati, going 2-for-4 with an RBI. Selby Chidemo (Xavier/Elder) went 1-for-1 and scored a pair of runs and Derek Lance (Tennessee) drew four walks in his four trips to the plate, driving in one run and scoring another.

Smart did not get the start for the Red Sox tonight. That's the bad news.

The good news, I found a video and audio stream for the SLO Blues/Oaks game and it is already up and running!

Conejo Oaks Baseball

Lee and Aiken both starting for the Blues.

Wormsley is getting the starts at DH for the red wolves
Houser gets the start at C for the blowfish.

Not going to listen to these tonight, but thought I'd pass the info on, yesterday's links will work tonight.

through 2 innings Esparza has 2 ks...gave up 1 hit and no runs...looks good so far, mid 80's
