6/13 wrap up.

Pitching! Esparza had a wonderful outing. He had an attitude on the mound today. What can I say about Bettencourt. The guy had a no hitter going in the league opener, he hadn't pitched at all leading up to this evening, so the coach pulled the plug before the 8th...he got into a little trouble in the 7th, but other than that, he gave them nothing to hit.

Simcox and Stewart hadn't been hitting all that well, but they came alive this evening, both went 2-4, had rbi's etc...

Hoping we get a little cape cod action tomorrow. GBO!

This is a guy I had high hopes for. The ball seemed to jump out of his hand as a freshman. Here's to hoping he has a great recovery and gets back 100% by spring.
