how long have you been doing this opp. pick thing
Ever heard the saying, you made your bed, now sleep in it?
Kinda like the Negas do with Fulmer and OUR beloved Vols?
Yeah, damn right thats what people are doing.
Ever heard the saying, you made your bed, now sleep in it?
Like I said, I could never post again, and it will keep happening until some people feel like they have exercised the demons that the NegaVols created.
I don't see anyone personally attacking any posters or even saying that anyone directly isn't a true fan. If a Fulmerite mentions what is a true fan to them, and a NegaVol decides that the Fulmerite was talking about him, then to me, that shows a guilty heart on the part of the NegaVol.
I could sit here and throw out several names, but I don't feel I need to, and I don't have the desire to break any board rules.
Give me a break. From now on, I will accept any reference to Fulmerites, Negavols, or true fans as some sort of justification of his/her argument as a sign of surrender. I would prefer to rationally argue about football or whatever other topic is brought up than simply try to classify posters into obligatory categories. I am secure enough in my fan status that I can criticize the Vols without worrying that my heart is straying or that I am not a "true fan." Questioning the loyalty of a Vol critic is like questioning the sexual orientation of a guy wearing a pink shirt.
I have a hard time seeing Tennessee with more than 2 losses at this point, after the KY game.
LSU, UF and UGA are the only ones at this point that seem debatable to me, and I think WORSTCASE scenario is they win one of those.
A lot of things are funny . . . until they get repeated 800 times.
Right, some of those guys in pink are normal, and some of them are......Not.
I'll take my chances calling a spade a spade, and if it quacks like a NegaVol and walks like a NegaVol, I'll decide in my head if I think they are infact, a NegaVol.
You can pretend that those terms mean whatever you want. It's your right. The fact is, they are funny and accurate in most all cases.
