Texas is only getting the love because they are the only remaining 1 loss SEC team and the powers that be need an SEC team in the top 3.

Look how far Georgia fell when Ole Miss beat them, 9 spots. It's 💯 possible we get ranked above them.

So why isn’t Arkansas ranked ahead of us? Using your logic, they should be.

You can rationalize it all you want, but Bama deserves to be in right now and we don’t.

Possible but wouldn’t count on it. Texas gets the same media bias and love Bama gets. And it’s one of the few brands that is bigger than ours.

I'm not sold on Ohio State because Ryan Day just isn't that good in the big chair. They're certainly not a bad team and have talent in spades on the roster but Day is the weak link, especially in pressure games.

I think Ohio State beats Indiana but I think it will be like Penn State and not a blowout.

Whether Indiana drops like a rock after that, I don't know. If Indiana DOES pull off the upset, how far does Ohio State drop?

It'll be an interesting next few weeks IMO.

Arkansas is not ahead of us because they dropped 5 games. They don't have the same record as us. If they did I would agree with them being ranked above us. We are comparing 2 teams with the same record that played each other. We would have beat them head to head and beat the only other team they lost to.

This is pretty piss poor rationalization.......................Does Arky have the same record as we do? Do we have the same record as bammer? Jesus, it aint that hard.

I think for Tennessee to have a competitive chance in the playoffs or to get in at all we need as many 2 loss teams as possible.

Indiana should beat OSU
TAMU should beat Texas
Army should beat ND

Most of these teams ranked above us are only there because they have 0 or 1 loss and we have 2.

Ok, so if we beat Vandy we would have beat Alabama head to head and the other team they lost to. You can go in circles with we beat them but they beat this team. We won the head to head. Its simple when comparing two teams with the same record who played each other.

Georgia beat Tennessee

So who's better?

So who's better?

It's a giant cluster. You can't just say because we beat Bama that we are a better team than them.

It's a giant cluster, but H2H has to matter. Also, we would have a win against the team that beat bammer. All three should be in IMO, but there isnt a argument that bammer should be in ahead of UT.

I'm comparing two resumes. Not the entire SEC. If it comes down to the last spot and Tennessee and Bama are both sitting there we deserve to be in over Bama. It should be Ole Miss, Georgia, Tennessee, Bama in the rankings imo.
