So no not completely. A lot of the weapons are our designs but they were paid for by the EU and NATO countries. Regardless $40B is too much too fast.

European countries should be footing the vast majority of the bill for Ukraine, it's in their backyard and they have had a free ride on defense for decades. Time for them to step up.
