Per a September, 2020 *Russian* report:

“The total number of combat units listed [in the publication] above is 2685 tanks. The total number of new and upgraded tanks (produced in 2000 and later) in combat units is about 1200 units or about 45 percent of the total, ”the report says.

So roughly 58% of Russian tanks are gone after 4 months of war, and likely, most of their newer/upgraded ones.

This estimate appears to be confirmed by the fact that Russia is *already* sending T-62 dinosaurs into Ukraine.

Russia's only tank manufacturer, Uralvagonzavod, halted production back in March.

How are we affected by events in Ukraine? We are not. And it's a fact that New Haven, CT has a rising crime problem and since the people of CT voted for Blumenthal then he should be working on that issue first.

Plus how are isolationism, or like PJ said, non-interventionism failed concepts? After WWII we have meddled in many conflicts that have turned out to be failures for us. So perhaps a new strategy is needed that involves us NOT getting involved in world affairs. I know that is a hard concept neocons and the religious followers of the democrat party to grasp.
