War in Ukraine

And you're still acting like a child. I bet this has been a very stressful day for you with Juicy or whoever that was posting earlier. You should get some rest. And learn to act like an adult tomorrow.
Yes I am. I’m acting exactly like you do every night you unaware tool.

Your Russian excuses for invading Ukraine are tripe. Your sources are 💩. You cannot convince anyone other than your fellow stooges your arguments have any merit. And less face it they didn’t require convincing

You’ve been on the wrong since of this since 2014.

Like I said. I don't have to prove you or anyone else who support this proxy war wrong. You guys prove yourselves wrong on a daily basis with the constant peddling of fake news. Plus when you and others are more respectful and learn to act like actual adults people might take you more seriously.

You get the respect you deserve. And you’ve been on the wrong side of this since 2014. And I’m done replying to your useless excuses and victim mentality for the day.

LMAO. You must have really got riled up earlier today.

Once again you attack the messenger and not the message. That's why resorting to name calling and insults is all you and a few others have. So please feel free to prove me wrong anytime you want.

After the obese General or whatever rank he was story was proven wrong it's clear there isn't much work to do on my end on "proving you or anyone else wrong".

Is the news coming out of the Ukraine one sided propaganda of how the war is going?

Was this justified or dangerous?

Was/Is the democrat party trying to impose this type of action in the United States against opposition media or point of view?

My post is not to be pro anybody. I was researching the topic of Zelensky supposedly shutting down media opposition in previous years. Was this strictly a national security pro-Russian disinformation or was it people critical of his administration?

Are people in this thread just reciting propaganda on either side of the argument? How much do we really know?

You just described what a significant portion of the population of virtually every country on Earth would say. If you don't understand that I'm not sure you have a decent grasp of reality.
The West right now has the worst of the bunch of leaders and it is not even questionable. I've never claimed that any country is perfect. But You can't sit in here and scream and holler about the lies they spread about COVID, Trump and the economy, but them turn around and believe every thing broadcast coming from the about Ukraine.

You're asking some great questions but I wouldn't expect any reasonable answer from the pro Zelensky crowd in this thread. Plus I'm sure me, Ras, Volgr and a few others have asked the same questions.

Current example was Python's response to you.

But you are part of the crowd cradling and equally corrupt individuals nutsack. So be happy about that.
The funny thing is I've never actually said anything pro Putin or have cheered for Russia to win this war. I'm just trying to be realistic and reasonable and offering a different perspective. Apparently that was 3 strikes with that crowd.

Yeah but this fixation they have on Putin and now ZeroHedge is weird.

Most posters here recognize that information provided by both Ukraine and Russia is biased. Disinformation is a useful and standard weapon of war.

Most here realize that Russia is our enemy, and that it has a long history of promulgating largely disinformation (see: TASS).

Only a handful here *cough* support the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and for that, they are on the wrong side of history.

So if the information coming from Ukraine and our own news networks is biased then why continue to share it? You guys have already made fools out of yourselves on numerous occasions by not only sharing but getting all giddy over stories that have now been proven to be false. You all starting to look like the 2008 Detroit Lions.

Your source is a website that looks like someone in junior high could have designed. Lol. Seriously, you really are embarrassing yourself.
What does the UI/UX have to do with the truthfulness of the information? That you even bring up the interface speaks to how shallow your stances are.

Lol. If you actually read my posts I was not just referring to that garbage site. I specifically referenced an article where Rand itself is pushing "climate change". Sorry but when I see articles like that it's usually a red flag. Plus I have every right to my opinion.

You miss the point. You view the wests leadership as the enemy, as your rival. Many times the enemy of your enemy isn't your friend. Many times they are just another enemy. Just because you believe they are the lesser of two evils doesn't make them right or even more virtuous. It's extremely flawed logic.

I trust neither political party here and little of what I see on the news. You are falling for the same rhetoric that those in America pitch. You lap it up because you're jaded and distrustful of American interests. But you fail to consider that American interests are no different than Russian interests in that they will do what benefits them and their allies most at the detriment to everyone else.

Propaganda is a weapon of war. I see no reason why Ukraine should aid the enemy by giving them a platform. I'll bet you a dollar to a dime Russia isn't allowing Ukraine to have a tv channel in Moscow.

Isn't Ukraine supposed to be democratic while Russia is communist? I don't know the details of what these channels were promoting and it sounds like there was never a case laid out to prove the claims made by the government. Let me double check the article.

I think you have slightly over simplified my position. My position is that desperate times call for desperate measures... and sometimes calls for unlikely allies. Right now, since I live in The West, these are the people that directly impact me. I am fully aware that the countries that oppose the West are flawed in many instances. For example, China is the biggest threat the US has, IMO, not Russia. Yet, if it comes down Taiwan, I would hope that we mind our own damn business and allow for the nations around China to use diplomacy or take military action if they see fit. Meanwhile, The US has far bigger concerns than a Ukraine or Taiwan or any of these other hot spots. America is on fire right now and we have idiotic, corrupt tyrants over here. That is my immediate concern.

I don't see them trying to ban Ukrainians and other ethnic groups in Russia from speaking their own languages.
