As a minimum they took blood samples for analysis.

Konstantin Kosachev, the deputy speaker of Russia’s Federation Council, and Irina Yarovaya, deputy chair of the State Duma, touted what they described as bombshell findings from the “investigation.”

Testing of Ukrainian POWs’ blood, they claimed, uncovered “a range of diseases” that suggest they were secretly experimented on “for military purposes.”

Seems like more than a finger prick to test their blood type or check blood sugar levels. Were these POWs exhibiting symptoms that needed treatment that required precise medical diagnosi(s?)

No idea. But if they drew blood against the POWs will I’d guess they broke internatinal law and the Geneva Convention protocols
