But they've already put a $100+ million price tag just on this move already. They just might hit them but they won't get them all and just a few A10s will wreak havoc on Russian armor. While I oppose US tax dollars supporting Ukraine it does do my heart good to know there will be more Russians getting stuffed into body bags. Maybe the moms and wives in Russia will get tired of it and run Putin.

Also, glad it warms your heart to have men fighting a war they can't win and lose their lives just so we can (attempt) to bleed Russia. Again, you are openly admitting that you just want to use Ukrainian men as cannon fodder.
No, I would have preferred the West had abided by the Minsk agreements and resolved this with diplomacy.Oh please! Don't feed us this line of crap like you give a damn about Ukrainians dying, if Russia would have rolled over Ukraine in a week slaughtering hundreds of thousands in the process you would have celebrated the victory and Putin's genius.
I do enjoy seeing Putin sycophants bleed out, the soldiers could have ended this weeks ago so they get what they get. As for the Ukrainians, I respect people that would rather fight to the death than be subjugated.
It’s telling that he has to try and make the “west” the bogeyman, because trying to make Ukraine the villain just seems so laughable. The rest of us prefer the invading Russian bastards would have abided by the Budapest Memorandum but we realize this situation didn’t exist for you until Russia had annexed Crimea Moe.
The A-10 is one of the most survivable if not the most survivable aircraft to withstand AA damage. The aircraft is built around redundancy in power plants, control surfaces, lift areas, and hydraulics to name a few key points. There are plenty of pictures from the first gulf war of A-10s getting home missing an engine, a tail surface, or most of a wing blown away. It can take incredible punishment.
I don’t want to give them away either. But my reason is jealousy I don’t want anyone else to have the premier ground attack aircraft in the world and we can’t make them anymore. We’ve been trying to retire them for about 35 years now. They just won’t go away as they still have no peer.
So, the stated reason that we didn't provide jets to Ukraine was that we didn't want to provoke Russia into escalating the war. If we're providing drones, clearly that stated reason was 100% BS.The US is sending "ghost phoenix" drones. An as of yet, untested, secretive, and newly released drone tech. The one thing known is it has no intention of returning to it's sender.
This right here. Plus they never really encouraged Marines back in the day to get their degrees while they were enlisted. It was available if you wanted to do it but not really encouraged. I'm hoping it's different now. From my understanding the Army really started pushing for NCOs to get degrees in the mid 90s. Between deployments and field cycles I don't see how an infantry soldier would have the time.

Why the hell do you think you have a clue about my opinion regarding our involvement in Ukraine? You don't. My comment was regarding the inconsistency of the Biden Administration's actions. The Biden Administration has morons installed at every key position, and it shows over and over again. No one is provoking a tyrant fascist dictator. Everyone is defending themselves from that except you apparently.
HIMARS have Satanic Western Gay Nazi Death Cult Secret Underground Xfiles Mutant DARPA anti Russian Nazi camouflage.Hell, Russia can't even knock out the HIMARS. As far as where they will stage A10s? I don't know. But I'll bet there are some guys wearing birds and stars that have that all figured out.
