What you are confirming is Putin was/is right. As far as what is really going on its. Russia vs. United States, but the United States has no direct real skin in the game. The Ukraine and Europe are the lambs for the United States or the suckers.

I would say its very possible all of Europe collapses without a single shot fired by Russia at a NATO country within a very short period of time. Exactly who do you think is winning this, at this point?

Russia has known for 30 years that it couldn't compete with NATO, hence the agreement. The Ukraine only exists as a spot for Russia to deploy their tactical nukes if the time arises.

The risk/reward is off the charts. The goal at this point is moving to a collapse of Europe, and they are well on their way to that.

And if YOU do a little reading in here you’ll find nobody believes Europe hasn’t set themselves up for some near term pain for sure. But that’s on them and they’ll have to deal with it. And I’m sure they’ll appreciate your Putin appeasement approach to solving their issues. That solves nothing either, as long as Europe is dependent on Russian oil and gas then Putin pulls their strings. There is already plenty of articles in the media on Europe moving to develop more North Sea gas fields but that’s gonna take time.
