The supply chain issues are tearing thru the defense industry just as bad as they are the commercial sector. However stockpiles of arms are still quite high and what we are supplying Ukraine has been in the inventory for quite a while. The rockets the MLRS and HIMARS are firing are from the 90’s.

The reason the Russian economy hasn't collapsed is because (through no doing of the Russians themselves) they're blessed with the geological good fortune of having lots of fossil fuels buried deep under their soil.

And yet the country is not able to even run its own oilfields. They're dependent on foreigners to keep the wells running.

Same goes for their paper companies. My uncle retired from the field here, and then got paid bookoodles of money to go fix problems in other nations.

The only reason the United States hasn't collapsed is the Federal Reserve System i.e. global printing press. I'm sure Bretton Woods II will last forever. LOL

Again the fact that you arent willing to even acknowledge that they arent 100% trustworthy and worth a little critical thinking is telling. The fact that you assume that Russian state owned media is telling the truth or is a worthwhile source during a time of war where they have arrested on air personalities for speaking out, is telling.

Just like 1 step away from Baghdad Bob would be nice.

To be fair the Russians also couldnt find the cave dwellers.

It's amazing, in a thread about a Russian military operation we have so much deflection to the US. There are plenty of other threads to bash our military involvement elsewhere.
