Germany To Nationalize Struggling Uniper In Deepening Energy Crisis

Germany on Wednesday announced a move to nationalize struggling natural gas supplier Uniper SE as it strives to keep the industry functioning in the wake of a global energy crisis, according to Reuters.
Uniper is Germany's largest importer of Russian NatGas and has suffered tremendous losses after Russian energy giant Gazprom slashed Nord Stream 1's pipeline capacity to zero, forcing the utility to purchase natgas outside contracts on the open market at record high prices.

The issue really becomes next year and 2024, supply still isn't a problem, price is. Printing to pay off the rich people at this point.

For people that say they didn't like 1980s USSR, sure seems they are hell bent on getting there. Ole well.

Its a general attitude, when you say things don't make sense (not logical) when Congress and U.S. military say the same thing. The U.S. military has said there is no winning a battle there.

No they won't which is why you won't see NATO troops there in mass and they tried the creep with the Ukraine. You (nato) ain't suppose to be in the Ukraine, if you go there... they will nuke it as that is their defense. If you (NATO) show up in mass on their shores, they will use tactical nukes.

Its not complex, its very simple... 1.) they will not be invaded 2.) ukraine is the landing spot if nato troops use that area 3.) if you (nato) try and invade any other way, tactical nukes

Not sure what there is to understand, if the United States was being invaded by a superior and outnumbered force... I would hope they would use tactical nukes as well.

Yes, they will use tactical nukes if the need arises, their whole defense is built on it. See Congressional Record. They are not going to go through WW2 again with what the Germans did i.e. invasion. What exactly do you think the world's largest tactical nuclear force is for?

There never was a treaty as far as tactical nuclear weapons and for good reason.
I have never said NATO is going to win a war against Russia. Its been a long running truth to not get involved in a land war in Asia. Considering it's the same idiots in charge now as back in the 90s I am not willing to give them credit for spending millions on something everyone already knows. Regardless of nukes. Me saying its dumb doesnt mean I want anything. I means I think its dumb, and i have much better argument than some politician told me so, or some other idiots have been saying it for 30 years.

Once a war starts all the treaties in the world wont matter. The world won't just sit by an accept the use of tactical nukes. Especially if they arent regulated like you assume.

If they are just going to nuked in the future, even without large deployments of NATO forces, why do they need to be cleared now? Like I said the whole argument doesnt make sense. Russia controls Ukraine, Ukraine gets nuked. Ukraine controls all of Ukraine, ukraine gets nuked. NATO "controls" Ukraine, and you guessed it Ukraine gets nuked. It's not a strategy if all the outcomes are the same. It would be strategy if one of the options was different.

The entire argument is that Russia wants to nuke Ukraine, and is willing to commit genocide to do so. I bet they wont care about all the ethnic Russians when it comes to dropping the bombs.

This has been explained to you multiple times, the U.S. started using creep to ease NATO equipment in. At some point, they decide enough was enough.

There is no argument, you don't like the strategy... its not any more complex than that. That is why the strategy works.

So Putin has ordered partial mobilization. Supports the illegal votes and considers Ukrainian occupied territory apart of Russia and any attempts to reclaim it will be allow use of nuclear weapons. Shoigu had also stated 300,000 reservists being called up.
That is what winners do.

You were referring to “six months ago”.

Not sure if you are having trouble keeping up with your own arguments.

What is he bluffing about?

I don't have an argument. LoL This is pure observation.

He said he was going to take military action if the ******** continued, he did.

Ukraine maybe joining in like three decades, break out the nukes. Finland joins nowish, and Putin shrugs and says ok. They arent applying their strategy equally. Which is why it doesnt make sense.

It's got nothing to do with strategy. Putin is the butt hurt domestic abuser who is upset that their victim learned they dont have to be a victim and is fighting back. So he has to pull out a gun to what had been a slap fight. Real tough man. Showing the world how it should be done.
