War in Ukraine

I'll just wait for them to be posted here.

Who needs a conspiracy theory? LoL

At this point, the Russians might as well take out the Norway pipelines and maybe the North African ones, and start to get to work on undersea comm cables and satellites.

yes, that is what Russia needs to do. While they're at it they might as well launch a few nukes just for good measure.

Oh there is going to be major blow back on this one. Anyone can get mad but its going to be completely justified at this point.

Russia isn't going to do jack crap.

Yes, which is why we are at this point. Sounds like what the Ukrainians said in 2014, and what the Ukrainians said in 2022. And what Europe said in 2022.

If I were European, I would tell those ****ing Yanks to get the **** out. This is not going to end well for Europe.

Major blow back for something that hasnt been in operation since August, and for an unfinished line?
Nord Stream operator says three offshore gas pipelines damaged in one day

"Flows via the pipeline, which had been working at only 20% of its capacity since July, were halted at the end of August and were not relaunched following maintenance."

Nord Stream I was just cut off about a month ago. Nord Stream II was completed, and Europe won't regulatory approve it... but its completed or was completed.

At this point, if the Norway pipelines get blown up, hard to say who's fault it is.... either the United States, Ukraine or Russia at this point.

Europe is expendable at this point. The United States, Ukraine and Russia all have motive to get rid of the other pipelines underseas.

Regarding this supposed "economic war" of Europe versus Russia, let's take a look at the scoreboard.

That's not the scoreboard. The war just started. LoL I would say at this point Europe has a new enemy, the United States.

The United States, Ukraine and Russia now all have motive to take out the other pipelines.

I wouldn't be surprised in the least if we were behind this. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if Russia did it themselves.

If the goal is to sell gas, you don't blow up your own pipeline. Now going forward, Russia, the United States, and Ukraine have motive to get rid of the other pipelines.

This will not end well for Europe, ole well.

Looks like Russia is about to turn off the gas thru the Ukraine as they appear to be no longer going to pay Ukraine transit fees. Large spikes in ng futures.

UK gilt under hard pressure, huge vertical spike in rate. Fun times.

Right. None of the pipes were in use. Or at least were not supposed to be in use. There has been chatter about nations syphonining away O or G, but I would imagine that would have stopped too if the pipes werent in use.

I would be interested to know if the lines still have product in them, were they filled with something (brine), to resist pressure, or were they empty.

Yeah someone has to fix it. But considering noone should have been using it it doesnt create an immediate concern. Triggers all types of future red flags though
