War in Ukraine

Getting gas from Russia but at the same time balancing energy options with nuclear and coal is reasonable. If they can buy energy from the Saudis, they can buy energy from Russia. Let's not act like energy purchases are governed by morality.

That's right, but I never said anything about morality. I was referring to the idiocy of European nations such as Germany trusting the commies for nearly all their energy needs.

The dirty truth one dude in that hit on is that it'll take forever to ramp up production if we needed to. We've got some major self inflicted disruptions to our defense production because a combination of Bush and Obama did a lot of damage through gutting visibility into supply chains, through increasing risks for contracting officers to "bet" on American manufacturers, and through simply eroding trust in our local supply base by allowing major primes to knowingly send production of critical parts overseas to "allies" to boost margins.

It's all messed up.

They did it to themselves. Trump warned them.

True to a degree but now the United States is doing it to them now too. Who needs enemies when you have the United States?

Onto the economic war, the UK looks like its the first one to try the Weimar Republic route.

Bank Of England Capitulates: Restarts QE Due To "Significant Dysfunction" In Bond Market, "Material Risk" To Financial Stability

Just a few days ago we wrote that "Something Is About To Break" and prompt a capitulation from one or more central banks, which oddly was met with mockery in the comment gallery. Also, a few week ago, we said that we are nearing a moment in time when central banks will do QE and rate hikes at the same time.

They also trusted the evil Yanks. As I been mentioning for weeks now, the United States left Europe out to dry.... they are ****ed and it has everything to do with the United States. If it were not for the United States, Germany would simply be buying gas from Russia right now.

?

Germany was told to stop buying gas, they don't give a flying **** about the Ukraine. Now the United States made it to where they can't walk anything back.

If it were up to Germany, they would have never stopped buying gas from Russia. The United States is ****ing both them and Europe, as I said... they're expendable.

The U.S. didn't force them to do that. They made that decision themselves along with a lot of other countries. They screwed themselves further with the terrible decisions they made years before that.

Yes they did, they would get sanctioned. This is what all these countries are complaining about ie cut off from the global credit system.

That is why Turkey turned yesterday.

They screwed themselves further with the terrible decisions they made years before that.

The world screwed itself by relying on the United States being in charge of the global credit system to where they can just knock people out.

We were not going to put sanctions on Germany dude.

Yes, they were... they have no choice. Germany had no ability to get gas from NS2, why, because the United States said so.

No country is sovereign while the United States holds the keys to the vault, maybe North Korea.

US warns of sanctions against Turkey over Russia ties

ISTANBUL: Turkey’s top business association has confirmed receiving a letter from the US Treasury warning of possible sanctions if it continues doing business with Russia.

Adeyemo followed that up with a letter to Turkey’s TUSIAD business association and the American Chamber of Commerce in Turkey warning that companies and banks were in danger of being sanctioned themselves.

TUSIAD said in a statement on Tuesday that is has passed on the letter to Turkey’s foreign and finance ministries.

US Threatens Turkey With Sanctions Over Russia’s MIR Card Usage

WTH do you guys think has been going on? All these countries, corporations and individuals are not suppose to be trading with Russia. What do you think the sanctions were for?

You guys have been on here trying to dictate who Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea and even Transnistria belong to. So you think the people of those territories should determine their own fate now?
Actually no we’ve just been pointing out correctly that it’s up to Ukraine and those regions. Not you and damn sure not Russia.

Okay. Good. So it's up to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and whatever the name of the other region is. Glad to see you support the referendums.
