War in Ukraine

I dont see a PR piece as attributing any particular strategic value. Its pretty much the only major fighting going on. Its had some pretty heavy days, but nothing we havent seen previously in the war.

Its Ukrainian territory, or from your side its territory the Ukrainians believe is theirs. And they hold it. That could be all of the strategic value. Idk, maybe their Hinderburg line, actually look up that history before you go all Nazi conspiracy on me, isnt ready yet. Maybe it's their Mannerheim line and they have nothing left behind it. If nothing else they have been able to hold it for 6 months it's either good territory that makes the fight easier or they have said this line and no further step back. But again they have held it, and apparently sense no immediate impending doom from trying to hold that town. There is value in just holding the territory and holding the Russians in place for 6 months.

Sometimes it's worthwhile to tie down an enemy by holding rather than really intending to fight a battle. Something like old fashioned siege warfare to keep a force bottled up rather than trying to take the stronghold. Use a minimal force to hold Russians in place around Bakhmut-Soledar while making life miserable for them with artillery. Attack elsewhere to cut off supplies and let the Russians wither on the vine and die in place, or attack elsewhere to force Russians to abandon one place because another is more important. Fight where you want to fight perhaps to cut off logistics and own the strategic ground first - just taking ground with no real strategic purpose is dumb - much like the Japanese troops on bypassed islands finding they had no one to fight and no logistical support.

But this is the exact opposite of what is happening. Russia is going to win a war of attrittion and your common sense knows this. Stop gaslighting. They are just sending Ukrainians to slaughter right now.

Why would I waste my time with a conspiracy theorist sex tourist with zero qualifications for discussing the m1a1 Abrams tank, or any geopolitical aspect of Russia's invasion of Ukraine?

Would you debate your drywall contractor on whether a psa test is enough for checking prostate health over also getting a finger in your ass?
In this context, we don't want to know why your brain went straight to the drywall contractor.
Well, @joevol33 might. He's from eastern KY.

He also the Baltics and Moldova aren’t really separate countries from Russia.

So yeah, they need to be stopped.

But it was due to *shrug* "some historic fate"

These people are delusional and the country is being brainwashed by a Kremlin run media.

It's hard to imagine that Russians are this stupid to believe this is Putin trying to rid the world of the NATO Nazi's - but here we are.

Grain of salt, etc, etc

Just because Twitter slapped that label on his page doesn't mean it's true. Plus you have people on here sharing news from Kiev Independent and Ukrinform which are Ukrainian state approved media outlets.

Now if you disagree with what Galloway is saying please let us know. Attack the message and not the messenger.

Half of russia has been stupefied by putin, just like the GQP in America. The other half are stuck in a situation they don't want with a leader they wish was dead. Nothing they feel like they can do about it.

Once again. Attack the message and not the messenger.

And as long as you and your crew are sharing Ukrainian approved state media then it's more than okay to share anything Galloway has to say.

What's his message?

Gay NATO Nazi's are to blame for pootin trying to steal land?

Can you all prove the numbers reported by some random account on Twitter are correct?

The fact that the 2nd most powerful army in the world has been dog walked for 11 months and they're closer to being driven out than any time in those 11 months bears out that Russia doesn't have air superiority. Ergo, them losing 4 planes this week is more probable than not.

So you can't prove the numbers posted by a random Twitter account are correct?

So there's also plenty of reason for people to question the credibility of what is being posted as far as numbers are concerned from that account.

I'll continue questioning whatever I please.

Thank you for the confirmation.

A three day operation turned into a war of terror on civilians which has turned into a war of attrition. What's next Ras?
