War in Ukraine

Apparently Ukrainian casualties had been falsified and under counted. They are much more extensive than had been reported.
Well, there have been been numerous estimates from some elite intelligence agencies, but what is your source?

To be clear, there is no question Ukraine is taking big casualties as well as Russia.

Tell me the ans
I told you what the reason was, but you tell me what you think.

Bakhmut, along with hundreds of other villages, would still be full of people and standing buildings if not for Russkiy mir. Now they are all burnt out ruins all because of one man’s imperialistic ideals of recreating the Russian Empire.

To be fair this is the first (pyrrhic) victory in awhile.
Let's assume it is a pyrrhic victory. In an existential conflict, it still counts as a victory. Had this been something like the US in Vietnam or Korea or Iraq or Afghanistan (non-existential), then your comment would carry some validity.

Ukraine was never an existential threat to Russia.

This all started in Ukraine when the US/Obama State Department orchestrated a coup on Russia's border. If Putin was hellbent on grabbing land, he would have done so in 2014 when the Donbas had their referenda soon after the Maidan. And you know that.

Hell, if Putin was hellbent on grabbing land, he really could have done so in 2008 when Sakaashvili was stirring things up in Georgia. What would have stopped Russia from grabbing the entire country of Georgia at that moment? Or Kazakhstan in January 2022? Easy-peasy land grab opportunity.

Yes, it was. NATO arming and training a group of Ukrainin nationalists on your border is existential. No different than the Chinese or Russians arming militants in Mexico or Cuba.

Ukraine does not have the resources or combat power to ever seriously threaten the Russian motherland. You know this and I know this no matter how much nato support they received.

You really are delusional. Besides, no one is really sure if Russia can claim any kind of victory. It's beginning to look like Prigozhin had his picture taken with some troops and claimed victory just to please Putin.

Ukraine is getting modern weapons while Russia is digging tanks out of deep storage from the Urals that were intended to rush over NATO forces….

I'd like to get an honest assessment of the losses on both sides. You hear it for Russia but not Ukraine.

18 for 18 on night one and 29 for 30 on night two Moe. And counter to what your talking points are telling you both Patriot batteries are still operational

So 48 missiles in 2 days. That is roughly 10% of Lockheed-Martin's annual production. This is not sustainable.

Lockheed Martin Showcases Patriot Integration with Mk 41 VLS - Naval News.

“We’re at a 500 missile per year production rate ramped up to 550 by the end of the year by the end of 2023. And then we’re investing in facilitation to increase that production as well.”
