There would have never been anything started in 2014 had the West/US simply allowed the Ukrainians to have economic ties with Russia and the EU in the fall of 2013. The US started this and overthrew the democratically elected leader.I'm not worried. I'm simply pointing out if we don't support Ukraine and defeat the Russians here and we simply had let them roll over Ukraine they will continue expansion. Just as in 2014 we let the conflict freeze the next war will be bigger and deadlier for better or worse the war has to end in Ukraine.
Once again you’re FOS. It was your bald dwarf buddy whom stipulated Russia or the EU. Pick only one. There would have never been anything started in 2014 had the West/US simply allowed the Ukrainians to have economic ties with Russia and the EU in the fall of 2013. That's an obvious lie, and you know it.There would have never been anything started in 2014 had the West/US simply allowed the Ukrainians to have economic ties with Russia and the EU in the fall of 2013. The US started this and overthrew the democratically elected leader.
Their military isn't good enough to do that. They could pick off some smaller countries though.
So Russia is still very much a 3rd world country then? That makes the idea of them having nukes and bio-weapons that much scarier.
Hello pot..... Have you met kettle yet?I don't know why you should be concerned about this. Russia is getting their azzes handed to them in Ukraine. The conflict is stalled. Russia is being exhausted of their military capabilities. NATO, collectively, is able to outlast the Russian military industrial complex... just a gas station masquerading as a country.
Isn't that the narrative?
This is true! That's the real issue in many ways if you ignore the fact that countries have a right to security and self determination. If Russia (or any similar country) takes over adjacent countries and can consolidate the win, then with the gained natural resources, land mass putting them in close proximity to the next conquest, and gain in conscripts for the military, Russia is a stronger and more powerful menace with a base nearer the next country to pick off. Look what a takeover of Ukraine and Belarus would do for a European campaign.
I really don't get the lefties shilling for Putin. Putin is a thug. He's a kleptocrat. He's is not a friend of the poor and downtrodden.
Tell him not to come. There's an international arrest warrant for him. That scared him enough not to go to South AfricaI'm in favor of internationally ostracizing/isolating Putin, but as a practical matter, how would another government arresting him while he is the head of the Russian government even work?

All the BRICS are wanting to do is have fair, mutually beneficial trade with each other without all of the nonsense pf sanctions and stipulations regarding "human rights", green energy, LGBTQIP+, etc.The other question is if Brazil, Russia, India, China, and Saudi Arabia are members of BRICS, then why are they still being included in the G20 at all? If you have a global economic forum that a subset of members are trying to subvert, then screw 'em ... and the horses they ride in on, too.
