don't know if they'll "win the war" or not, at this point I'm not sure who could consider any of this winning - but I know that Russia's economy is on life support and probably can't afford for the war machine to stop and they can't afford for it to keep going.

Yes, I would say you are implying they will collapse if not outwardly saying it. I simply asked you how you "know", and for the record it can be your guess. When do you believe they won't be able to afford this war?

(for the record, if the U.S. doesn't start printing at full speed again, my guess is you're going to see all the currency charts go that way.... less dollars. I don't predicted a collapse and I don't say it couldn't happen.... its financially collapsed here hence the all the rescues in 2008-2010.... predicting one is tough business.)

If you could reasonably predict a financial crash or collapse at scale.... you would be a very rich person.

Putin isn't dumb. In fact, one could easily make the argument that he's the best geopolitical mind of the 21st century.

Putin's Achilles Heel was his tightening and scrubbing of his own internal information feedback loop over the course of a couple decades.

The last thing a sane person would wish for is violent breakup of the United States, China, India, Pakistan or Russia.... you could probably add the UK and France to the list as well. Between the 4d chess of winning a thermonuclear war and hoping one of these countries collapse.

You realize this is precisely why the US and the West have played their cards the way they have thus far, right?

Their aim has been to weaken Russia's ability to threaten Europe without causing a revolution within Russia. They desperately want Putin to remain in power; just as a paper tiger.

The idea that the US/Europe has slow walked aid out of fear of nuclear war is laughable. That's never been a legitimate fear with Putin. Putin losing power, on the other hand, absolutely terrifies them.

All while conveniently leaving out Russia may have suffered 15 million deaths probably more. This is why I say Ukraine never had a chance to win this war. Russia just waits them out or if NATO keeps doing stupid 💩 Russia levels Ukraine in about 5 minutes.

I have said for years victory won't be foreign troops in either Moscow or Kiev. its going to look very weird, some type of "white peace" where both sides hold their current lines and the fighting stops. I doubt there are any type of diplomatic promises unless there is an exchange of land as well. No promise to stay out of NATO, no making Russia pay damages.

I mostly agree with this but with the AKDT on November 5 whether you admit or not Russia holds way more bargaining power than Europe and Neocons would like. I see a no promises of Ukraine ever joining NATO as a definite possibility.
